Howdy! I'm jade, and this is my story. One day in the year 2023, on one day near the end of school for the year, (leaving coma by may 15th, 2023) on the way to my public school, me and my mom were in a car accident. It looked like a motorcycle had hit the passenger side seat, where I was, as i was holding my phone. it turns out, a meteor with what would later be deemed a new mineral named cataclysmic metal, had crashed into me, damaging my spine and legs. The silver metal absorbed everything around me besides the car, including a furret stuffed animal, and a bunch of my school supplies, as well as my phone. Luckily, my mom wasn't injured and able to get me to a hospital. I wake up, and I can't move my body. I can't see too far down either , and I am panicking, when all of a sudden, a screen spears in front of me. " Name your character" it says. Oh, fun. I type in Jade Dragon on the screen with my mind, and press enter. The name clears, and the next screen is a model of me, with a screen next to it saying customize your character, with a bunch of options for hair, eyes, body, clothes, the whole shebang. Next thing I know, my head rocks back a bit, and I can move again! I look down at my body, and it's just a clear body with a silver outline. I look back, and I see my body covered in silver spikes. I'm just not even going to deal with that right now. I turn back to the character creation screen and model, and I start customizing the heck out of the model, pulling and pushing, poking and prodding it to make the model perfect, changing colors and readjusting things, even customizing the gear I had on. It also had a section for attitude, disabilities, and other emotion/attitude things. Once I was done, I hit the submit button, and it took me to the stats screen, and I chose my stats and skills, going for a knight with heals, summons, and most my stats in strength, magic, and defense. I accept that final screen, and the world goes dark. I wake up in a forest, laying against a tree near a faint road. Around the edges of my sight, I see blue hexagons, my logo in the bottom left, a menu button in the bottom right, a big loading bar in the top center with about a 10th of the bar filled in, a map in the upper right corner, and my health, stamina, and MP gauges in the top left corner. I mess around with the menu for a bit, learning that I'm able to play music, record and watch videos, play games, and weirdly, 3-d model in the menu, so of course I start recording and listening to music. when I recorded me and my surroundings, the camera puts a filter on everything to make it look like a 3d animation instead of a real non edited video which was weird. After recording, I would title and post these videos as Jade's vlogs. When I start recording, a tiny camera thing comes out of nowhere and floats around my head. As I watch what the camera records, I see a weird white crystal that oddly looks like my logo floating above and behind my head. I whip around and snatch it out of the air, wondering what to do with it. I look at a map to see if I can find a village or city anywhere near me, and when I locate one on the map, I bookmark it and it shows up on my vision, or as us gamers call it my HUD, in a blaring red star. A menu pops up asking if I'd like to auto move to the location, so I select yes, and I start walking to the village. After about two hours, I stop, my legs aching in pain. I collapse to the ground, my armour (which was not the one I customized by the way) was digging into my body because it was so heavy from all the movement. I fall to my knees, putting my arm that was holding the white crystal over my chest, and the crystal starts turning a dark blue! It started pulling towards the little circle panel piece on my starting gear, I let go as it slams itself into the circle, shining a bright white for a second, blinding me. As I blink to try to get the white flash out of my eyes, I notice my armour had gotten alot lighter, and my logo was now in the circle part of the armor. Then, I hear the bushes next to me shake, and out hops a tiny light blue slime. A menu flashes up on my HUD, saying "this monster is available to tame. If you want to tame it, think 'tame!' while looking in it's direction to make a taming contract." I do as instructed, and the slime flashes blue, completing the taming. Another screen shows up, asking for a name, and I name the little slime rimi. She seems to like it. And bounces up on my arm, rubbing against my face like a cat, feeling like bouncy plastic, cold and smooth on my cheek.        (More coming, in the part called "trapped in an Isekai world", working title)

All of a sudden, my mind went blank, then I woke up in the hospital in one of those thin, blue gowns under uncomfortable teal sheets, I took the sheet off, and saw my legs were covered in some kind of metal all the way up to my hips, and I had abs! What the heck happened to me? I freaked out, starting to breathe heavily. All of a sudden, a deep, male voice in my ear said: "calm down, your legs are being repaired, and you only have a mild concussion, so you should be fine." "Who are you?" I say, as I looked around for the voices source... but there was no one there. I get myself out of the bed, and go over to the mirror. My eye had a scar over the left eye! And my hair... my hair was turning red and blue! I try to talk to the voice, but the man was unresponsive. I start to walk back to try to find my mom, but the door opens and my mom rushes in, talking about me being awake and how it's a miracle. The doctor then walks in, saying it's been 4 months, and I was in a shock- induced coma, with a major concussion. My mom calls my dad and sister while the doctor re-examines me. The doctor clears me, saying I healed incredibly fast, nudging us to leave. We leave, and I wonder why no one else is freaking out about my legs being covered in this weird multicolored metal. It was the day after I woke up from my accident, and I had been grinding on terraria for a bit, and my screen blackened for a second, and I saw myself. I open my eyes, and my body had copied what I had imagined, but the colors hadn't changed to as bright as I had liked, but they were there, a dark red and blue in my eyes and on the bottoms of my hair. I go back into my room to sit back down, and I find a huge glob of this weird silvery slime-like substance on my underfloor, since I don't have a floor right now. it seems to change colors when I move side to side from it. I go to pick it up to move it, and it leaks through my hands slowly, like liquid glue coming out of an upturned glue bottle. all of a sudden, the rest of it lunges at me, attaching itself to my torso, wrapping itself over my entire body. one second I could see, the next, black. I couldn't breathe for that second, then, I could again. but this time, I saw blue hexagons on a screen slightly away from my face, and a slight blackness around the very sides of my face. I try to move my head, but it would only move in the thing covering my head, not the actual thing. now, normally, I like confined spaces, but I needed to move. once I thought that, the thing I was covered in unlocked and let me move freely. I looked down on what had covered my body, and I see a thin layer of the weird material covering all of my body. I pinch and pull the weird stuff, but it won't budge. maybe it works by will? I will it into gauntlets on my wrists. it also automatically formed into a back brace, slightly burying itself into my back. I wince in pain as it does so, feeling my body straighten by force. as the liquified substance forms around my arms and waist more, it takes a shape in which I had drawn before. It had shaped itself into armbands and a belt around my waist. I started imagining that silver metal stuff into a superhero I had been writing about, Jade Dragon. (Of course, my name isn't actually Jade, but I will reveal it in future projects. You will have to find it though, I'm not letting go of personal info that easily!)Days later, in school, people are welcoming me back like a hero, and I got to hug my 2 best friends, Hailey and molten (nickname because their identity will not be shared) again. The man unknown talked to me again in art class, saying: " you need to leave, there is a hostage situation in the bank across the street. " I ask the teacher to go to the restroom, I was fine leaving at this point because arts my last class, and once there, I try to communicate with the man. I ask him :" what do you mean? I can't stop a robbery, let alone one that have lives of others on the line! " the man retorts, saying: " just go outside, I'll show you." I do as instructed, as my legs start to feel fuzzy. I look down at them, and I see the metal come out from around my legs, and the piece that was used to straighten my back peels down and forms a tail, as the strange metal flows over my entire body. I blinked, and when my eyes opened again, I saw a screen with blue hexagons at the corners of my eyes. I look down, and my body is covered in red, white, blue, and black. I had on a blue suit, a black leather trench coat, some armor pieces, as well as a helmet and metallic boots. "Cool" I think to myself. I start to run towards the road , and metal wings sprouted from my back, lifting me up into the sky and over the road, landing at the back of the bank. I look through the window and look around for the delinquents who thought that they could get away with threatening another human's life without consequence. I ask the man if I have anything to get me in the room without the criminals noticing. He says that I can move through shadows, and I get an idea. I back up against a tree and put my hands through the shadow, and grab the ankles of the guard nearest me. I yank him through and knock him out. I do the Spiderman symbol with my hands, wishing I could web him to the wall, and webs do actually shoot out, to my surprise, launching the unconscious crook to the wall, sticking him in place with white webs. I go through the shadow fully, clinging to the ceiling trying to stay out of sight. I imagine smoke filling the room , and it does after a small disc shoots out from my wrist too the floor. I continue webbing up the rest of the assailants to the roof and walls, waiting for the smoke to clear so I can let the hostages out. I cut the ropes from all the hostages, releasing them from their bonds. The front door opens, and black smoke floods out of the double doors. I come out carrying the guards, which were knocked out by the would-be thieves, over my shoulders, laying them down gently. I sprint back into the smoke, shadow stepping back out to the tree. I jump back into the air, gliding down to the back of the school. I will the armor off, and it covers my legs again. I realize that it's pretty clunky and people might notice. I imagine the metal becoming metal armbands, with a black base and neon blue hexagon pattern, and it takes that form. I trip a little, my legs unused to standing. The cold metal on my skin feels good on my overheated body, as I walk back into the school using the back entrance. I make it look like I was in the restroom for a bit too long, and sit down in my seat. I immediately start thinking of names that this mystery man might have. Luke? Ace? Michael? Donnie? Dean? Leo? I feel like I remember that one, like it matches the voice, but my brain is still fuzzy from getting back.
