The light within the dark

Serenity

Serenity Flows through my veins
Where pain once lied
A deepened breath that
Calmed my soul
Giving the pain
no where left to hide
A true seed that was planted
that I watered it to grow
portioned the Seed
gave it back and now the serenity starts to flow
from me to you from you to me
that pain you've felt Is being healed
day by day water by water
beautiful flowers grow in the field
A peaceful mind
A peaceful Spirit
no more pain as it seems.
A serene life as I deepen breath
like a Star I start to beam
