Gosh what a YEAR!
For me this has been the biggest year of growth and transformation of my life!
I have been through some of the hardest days of my life
But I have learnt lessons that I will never ever lose
I have changed and reshaped the person and am, and have become so much better
I hope this year has been a year of growth for you too, and I wish you all the luck, happiness, health and success in 2022
I have no idea what this new year will hold
And yet
For the first time in probably forever
I am excited to just let myself live for once
To not take everything too seriously
And to just embrace every emotion
Life is messy and weird and strange
But it is filled with wonder and magic and joy
Let us find this every day
Let us find the glitter in the grey
Let us add to the good piles in people's lives
After all
We're all stories in the end
Let's just make them good ones, eh?

Sort of in the theme of the title of this book- just don't be afraid to do stuff because you're scared of getting hurt- just accept that your heart will break, and trust that you will survive. Learn from all the pain and sadness and don't be afraid to feel it, it's all a part of being human
