GEORGE PACED his apartment as he muttered to himself thoughtfully. It had been a few hours since number 14 had left him stammering and speechless in the lobby. And during those few hours, he had been on a desperate search for her name. He called the landlord and listed her apartment number in hopes of finding her name, but George was shot down, the landlord saying he couldn't infringe on a tenant's privacy.
He tried asking neighbours, who had no clue who this mystery girl was. George was desperate, and he had to even admit that it was a tad pathetic. But number 14 lived in his mind during every minute of his waking day.
Feeling hopeless, George collapsed onto his couch, sending out a quick text to Dream and Sapnap. They had been spamming his phone since their call and were eagerly awaiting an update.
