The principal's were invited too the beach and they're gonna be the judge to who will win the Beach contest. That was said before the beach and gonna be held today.
"Levy did you plan this or not?" "Ummm....i-i didn't plan it (￣ヮ￣)" "Mm. So Gajeel gonna participate too?" "Mm and he said that the first was boys and next girls to know who will be the king and queen of the beach over all in our school'' "Well that's great, wait what?!" "Lucy don't be so obvious to guys, they're doing their best to be the king and be with the queen (*^▽^*)" "Yada, yada yada"

The sound of it makes everyone at the beach stop doing something.
"Minna-san we are here to enjoy and have a Beach Contest! The first that will be compete are the....girls!! Every girls be ready to team up with your schoolmates!!"
"Were gonna be the first!?!" "Don't worry Lucy first is teammate and next is the teammate fight to win to be the queen!" "I love that Levy! Let's see who will be the queen"
