I wonder how the characters in Harry Potter aren't depressed?
If I was a nerd who was bullied for getting good grades, i'd be depressed.
If I was known as the cool guy's not so cool best friend, i'd be depressed.
If I knew that a powerful murderer was out to get me, i'd be depressed.
If I was a complete weirdo, who was bullied for being weird, i'd be depressed.
If I was bad at nearly everything, and was bullied because no-one wanted me, i'd be depressed.
If I was told to help the murderer at killing my headmaster, i'd be depressed.
It's a pity really, at least they all got their happy endings.
