Pt 11: I'm in love?!?!?

(A/N: I'm sorry for not posting an update here. I've been having a mental block with this story 😅. But luckily, I found a plot now. Anyways, on with the story)

No One's POV:

After a while of crying, Atsumu finally calmed down.

Atsumu's POV

I finally calmed down after a while yet it still hurts tho. I didn't know why still so after I tried to make it not so obvious that I cried. I then went to ask my mom the question I had for years.

I went to my mom who was in the kitchen. "Hey Mom.." "Hm? Oh hey sweety! What's up? Do you need anything?" "Uh.. yeah, I actually do" "Really? What is it?"

"Well, can ya answer this question? What does it mean when ya meet someone for the first time yet ya feel safer and happier with them? Also, what does it also mean when ya blush from time to time when yer with them and ya also feel sad if they love or have someone else?"

My mom stared at me. "Mom?" "Oh sorry hunny! Uhm... First off, why do you ask me this?" "Well, I read a book about a ghost and a human and I don't know what that feeling is." "Hm... I see. Well sweety, When ya feel this feeling towards someone, you are in love with them."

... Wait what? I-in love?

"What do you mean by 'in love'?" "Well sweety.."

"When you are in love with someone, you tend to feel happier and safer yet more nervous with them rather than other people.... Being in love with someone means you care and love them like they are your whole world and that you always wanna be with them until death."

So... I'm in love... with Omi? How the hell did I not know this before?!?!?

"Uh...I-... Uhm, thanks mom. I got to go to my room now" "Ok sweety. You're welcome by the way." I then smiled and went upstairs.

When I went to my room, I plopped into bed and kept on thinking of what mom said.

In Love?! I-I'm in love with Omi? No... It can't be... he doesn't even like me back!... or does he? No no no Atsumu. Don't keep yer hopes up, He's in love with someone!... problem is, I don't know if it a ghost or a human...

A: Ugh! Falling in love is frustrating

S: Falling in love? What do you mean Atsu?

A: Eh Omi? Since when did ya enter my mind!?

S: Just now. I only heard 'Ugh! Falling in love is frustrating'

A: Oh, okay..

S: Anyways, 'falling in love'? Why? Are you in love with someone?

A: Uhm... No. I just... I just read a love story with angst! Yeah..

S: You're acting weird today Atsu... Okay I guess?... I'll go now, I still have to finish reading my book.

A: Okay Omi..

S: Bye Atsu!

A: Bye Omi!

There was then silence in my mind which probably meant, he left.

What a relief... I should be more careful next time..

I then just used my phone the rest of the day and of course, still eating my meals. I still wondered tho..

Does Omi like me or Someone else? If it's someone else, who is it?
