A few days had gone by.

*ring ring* Toby was calling.

"Hello?"

"Hey Alex! How are you?"

"Good, you?"

"Alex I can hear it in your voice." Toby said sternly.

"Fine you already know."

"Ok. That's alright, I found you a therapist."

"Toby, I really appreciate it but-"

Toby cut him off.

"Alex, please just try it. Just go to one session. If you don't like it, you don't have to go."

Alex hesitated, but agreed. He thanked Toby and they hung up the phone. The session was at 3 pm today, and it was 2:30. He changed out of his pajamas and got in the car. He drove to the office and sat in the car for a few minutes before going in.

"Hola! I am Bianca, you must be Alex. You do speak English, right? It's my first language."

"Yes, I'm fluent in both so whichever one is better for you."

"Alright since I'm an English therapist so your friend called me. Don't think he speaks Spanish." She joked.

"Yea haha he doesn't, he's from England."

"Ok so let's get started. Now, your friend Toby told me you haven't been eating lately, and have been having intrusive thoughts. Is that correct?"

Alex got nervous. He started fidgeting with his fingers, but he answered.

"Yes, both those are true."

"Ok, so here's how we're gonna start..." her voice trailed off in Alex's mind.

Shit, I can't breathe again. I think I'm having another panic attack. Ok, try the thing Karl thought you. He thought to himself as he tried to focus on how the couch felt.

"So essentially- Alex, are you alright?"

"Um- I- I think I'm having a panic- attack..." he said between breaths.

"Oh that's ok, would you like me to coach you through it? Or would you like some time for yourself real quick. Anything you need."

"Thanks, um- can I call, my friend, please?" He said, still panicking.

"Of course, I'll step out."

He thanked her as she left.

Shaking, he found Karl's contact in his phone.

"Hey Quackityyyy my fiancé what's up?"

"Um, Karl- I'm having another panic, attack- and the grounding thing, didn't, work.." he said, crying and struggling to breathe.

"Oh, alright, listen to me ok? Block out everything in your mind again and focus on me."

Alex did what he said.

"What's your favorite color?"

"What? Why?"

"Trust me Alexis."

"Ok, um, blue"

"Good, it's a really pretty color isn't it? What shade?"

"A dark blue, kinda like the beanie I have, you know?"

"Yeah! I like that too! How about Sapnap?"

"What about him?"

"He's a funny guy right? Oh! He did this really funny thing the other day where..."

Before he knew it he was feeling better.

"Thank you Karl, te quiero."

"Te quiero Alex, call me later so we can play Minecraft k? If you want."

"I will, bye!"

"Bye bye!"

Alex went over to the therapist.

"Hey, um how much was this session?"

"It's free since it was a trial session, are you alright now?"

"Yeah thank you, but if you don't mind, could we possibly reschedule? I just don't think I can do this today. I'm sorry for wasting your time."

"No worries! That's what I'm here for, ok? I'll email you about it."

"Thank you so much, have a good day."

"You too!"

Alex left the office and told Toby what happened. Toby apologized for forcing it on him but Alex told him there was nothing to be sorry for.

"I love you Alex." Toby said.

He's the he reason I'm still here. Alex thought to himself.
