Everybody needs someone
Sometimes to hold their hand
As we're walking all alone
Through this desolate old land
Everybody needs someone
To say you'll be ok
When the memories come to haunt you
Of those past and distant days
Every body needs someone
No one can live alone
As they wait for dust to settle
Upon their lonely home
Everybody needs someone
Somtimes to just be there
Just to reasure their aching heart
At least somebody cares
Everybody needs someone
To try to understand
Why we realy need someone
Somtimes to hold our hand.
