Optimatus walked towards a large screen, the last few weeks had been chaos, he had lost both his generals Sylth Vester and Melvin The Martian to Blanc, allies of the Frelengian rebels lead by Deuce who were now on the outskirts of the heavily defended city. His forces were thin and needed a boost. Not to mention his hated sister had formed the Loonatics, when that cosmic meteor he tried to destroy her with gave them their powers and soon, they would go to Freleng to finally end his iron-fisted rule over Freleng.
Meanwhile outside his room, a Frelengian Regime informant was rushing towards his room, panting from exhaustion, a he had something of importance to tell Optimatus.
Regime Informant: Sire!
Optimatus: *Turns to the informant* What?!
Regime Informant: Sorry to bother you sire but there is something you need to see
he activates the screen which showed Acmetropolis and zoomed into the city
Optimatus: What is it you want me to see?
Regime Informant: We sent drones to stealthily study anyone who may have also been affected by the meteor you sent almost a year ago. And, well, we've found six
Optimatus: Six? Define six
Regime Informant; Yes sire *taps the screen*
First the screen showed a black cat girl, then a blue roadrunner, a brown mouse, a white duck and then a Komodo dragon. Then, the last picture shows a green python
Regime Informant: When the meteor struck, their powers were dormant, but now it seems theirs are now waking up
Optimatus: Interesting
Sapphire was in her dressing room putting on makeup ready for a show
Sapphire: *She feels strange* Hm? *she focuses on her hand and a quartz crystal emerges* Huh??
Suddenly, it shoots out of her hand and hits the mirror
Sapphire: Ah! *falls onto her back* What..what??
Outside, Jonathan was just slithering through the sidewalk until some kids blows some dust and it landed on his snout
Jonathan: What the?? *starts feeling a sneeze* Ah...Ah...ACHOO!!!
The force of his sneeze, knocked over a bunch of trashcans, knocked a tree down, and smashed the windows in a few cars
Jonathan: *froze in shock8 Oh crap...I'm not paying for that!! *slithers away*
Meanwhile, at the cafe, Tris was just washing the dishes. Things seemed normal, till she noticed something when she looked down, her hands had "vanished" she would be able to see her hands in the water but she couldn't
Tris: *slowly starts to panic* Uh...
she pulls her hands out to reveal her hands had literally become water
Tris: AAAAAAHHH!!!! *her hands changed back to normal just in time when her manager came in*
Manager: Russo! What's the matter??
Tris: It's...It's nothing, just a rat
Manager: Again? Guess i gotta call an exterminator.. *leaves*
In Diego's House, his familia (that's family in Spanish or maybe Mexican) we're preparing for lunch
he and his siblings, brother Mateo and sister Alejandra were playing darts together
Mateo: ¡Buen tiro, Alejandra! (Nice shot, Alejandra!)
Alejandra: Gracias, bro *smiles*
Sofia: Children, el almuerzo está listo! (Children, lunch is ready!)
Mateo, Diego, Alejandra: Coming, mama!
As they went to the dining area, Diego starts to feel something strange
He looked around, carefully eyeing any strange movement, nothing weird or unusual
Diego: *Feels like he has a strange problem with his eyes, or feels so* Umm, mama?
Sofia: Yes, Diego?
Diego: Mind putting my lunch in a bag or in the fridge, i'd just like to go for a walk. *Feels like running*
Sofia: Um, okay? ¡Sólo sé cuidadoso! (Just be careful!)
Diego: Seguro mamá!(Sure mama) *he leaves and begins running for some reason*
He keeps running and running until he notices someone looking at their phone and a speeding truck came ahead. Reacting on impulse he dives at the fox, pushing him away from the truck and onto the pavement safely
Fox: What the!?
Diego: I just saved you life, hombre!
Fox: I'm sorry, what?
Diego: You were gonna become a pancake if i didn't save you!
Fox: Thanks, I guess...
He walks away from him, leaving Diego in shock of his speed
Diego: *looks at his hands and feet* Santa vaca...(holy cow)
In Rev's home, the family are just lie around and doing nothing until a power outage came in
Harriet: Ah!!
Ralph: Don't worry everyone, it's just a power outage
Rip: Should i check the power box, pa?
Ralph: Sure son, but don't let it electrocute you okay?
Rip: I got this, Pa. Done it a dozen times
He went to the basement to check on the power box. He noticed one of the fuses had blown
Rip: Welp, repairing time
He grabs a tools and grabs one of the loose wires, but his hand was sparking electricity
Rip: Woah...
he places his hand on the broken fuse and the electricity surging from his body, restored the power
Rip: Woah! Cool!
He looks down at his phone which was low on battery and taps it with an electric finger, it charged his phone up to max
Rip: Awesome! I..I got powers like Rev!
In a police station
Percy: Hey, Max. Want me to go get some coffee and donuts?
Max: Sure, remember--
Percy: I know, chocolate cappuccino and strawberry donut
Max: Yep, thanks
Percy: Anytime!
After Percy went to get the coffee and donuts for the officers including Max, Max settled down in his quarters
Max: *Feels sort of weird* Why do i feel like i'm...hovering??
As he look down, he IS hovering
Max: The f-- *loses focus and drops to the ground* Oof!! The heck is going on??
As he holds his hand out to look, he noticed the coffee mug was moving by itself
Max: Wha...WHAT!?
He held his hand out again, which pushed the mug by itself
Max: This is getting a little freaky here what if... *sharply pulls his hand back to pull the mug toward him* Okay...
The camera zooms out, detailing each Toon on the screen
Regime Informant: Their names are Jonathan Python, Diego Gonzales, Sapphire Pussycat, Tris Russo, Rip Runner and Komodo Max
Optimatus: *Has an evil smile* Bring them...to me
