More than one mermaid

(This is indeed a real chapter,bare with me)

as you all know it's been forever since I updated.i know your all probably so tired of me apologizing ,you probably don't even care for my excuses but just know I've had a lot of personal stuff going on.

Good news!Ive been writing a lot of this story and have a good idea about what else is to unravel!So basically I wrote this huge chapter that was like 7,000 words and so I figured I'd separate it into two different chapters.And with the 2nd one will automatically go into the evens of the next day which I have already planned out and will be writing some either tonight or tomorrow night.but for now you will have 2 brand new chapters!YAY!!!!!

Before you begin the beggining of this can start off a bit boring,just Merina and her friends catching up about what is going on back home, and her introducing her friends to Ryder.

But stay tuned because we have some crazy stuff coming up right In the next chapter.

Merinas P.O.V

We enter the house through the back porch,helping my friends with the stairs was a challenge

Ryder dismisses his men back to their positions,only allowing his betas  and brothers in on our discussions.

Ryder,and his brothers Lucas and Seth,along with his second in commands or Betas,Liam and Shawn join us

I help Pearl to the couch as my oldest brother,Zane brings Serefina to the couch so they can rest their new legs

My brothers sit on the couch across from us and I sit next to my friends

They both stare at the house in aww as my mate looks down at me

"Serefina and Pearl,This is my mate,Ryder.He is the Alpha of this pack"I tell them

My friends eyes widen and I know they are thinking the Obvious:how the heck can a mermaid princess and a Lycan Alpha werewolf be together?Well that's a great question,we are still figuring out the kinks ourselves

Ryder nods towards them"Nice to meet you all,My maids have set up your living spaces,You don't need to worry because you will both be safe here"My mate tells them as my friends stare at him in aww struck and surprise

"I want to Thank you for coming here to help protect my mate"He says"Despite the dangers of getting here,you came anyway to help her,your true friends.I am forever in your debt,whatever you need to make your stay more comfortable just ask me or one of my men and it will be taken care of"my mate says

I am awe struck by how polite and sensative my mate was being,he knew how much my friends meant to me

Serefina and Pearl smile widely at my mate before getting up and bowing formally"We appreciate that Alpha,And of course,we would do anything to help Merina"Says Serefina looking back at me

I chuckle as Ryder smiles from their formality"Mermaids are very cordial and formal,they bow to you in respect"I whisper to my mate

He chuckles"I like your species more and more"

I cover my mouth sheepishly as I chuckle and so does my friends

I turn to Serefina and Pearl"So tell me,how did your travels go?Did everything go alright?"I asked them
