alaia was having her 17th beach birthday party in a couple weeks selena wasn't really the type to be insecure as much but it all started this summer selena has more of curvier hips which she didn't like she thought her stomach could be a bit more flatter

"okay camille i have two weeks to get skinny so no more food for me" selena said

camille while she's doing her makeup and turns around "sel your already skinny i don't know what your talking about"

"your lucky that your stomach is flat and your skinny me not so much" selena says while looking at herself in the mirror

"your stomach is flat tho?" camille questions

"yeah but it could be flatter" selena mentions " and my thighs can be smaller as well"

"hey girls dinner is ready" jj knocks before entering he sticks his head in the door "y'all ready to eat?"

"yeah i'm starving dad" camille gets up from the vanity chair "you coming selena?" she asked

selena laughs "why don't you just save it for me i'm not as hungry right now" she said

"you sure princess? cause you love your mom's ravioli" jj raises his eyebrows confused

"yeah i'm fine dad" selena smiles then flips on her bed

"alright okay" jj leaves

"selena you can't just not eat" camille says

"just calm down cam i'll eat in the morning okay" she reassures her sister

TWO DAYS LATER it's been two whole days since selena has ate an actual meal she's has little snacks like fruit cups or fruit but not an actual meal she was already feeling weak

it was a pretty day you and jj and your daughters were outside enjoying the weather

"selena baby aren't you hot in that long sleeve" you ask your daughter

"no mom i'm okay i'm comfy" she laughs camille knows she knows her sister so well she knows selena has not been eating right

"selena you need to stop" camille stands you and jj look at her confused

"mom dad selena hasn't ate a proper meal in almost two full days" camille says

"selena what" you were shocked you didn't know what to say

"baby why haven't you been eating you need to eat something right now" jj says

"no dad you don't understand i'm not as skinny as camille or alaia you don't have to live with the pressure of having to look skinny" selena says with tears coming down her eyes and walks away go the house

jj looks at you and then camille and chases after his daughter

"selena we need to talk" jj says

"you don't get it dad" selena wipes her tears

"princess you are beautiful you could be doing serious damage to your body and die please don't do this me and your mom and your sister wouldn't know how to go on with life without you" jj says

"i'm sorry dad" she hugs jj and cries more

"can you please eat something?" jj says calmly

"yes dad" she smiles
