it was saturday night you're mom was babysitting selena for the night the pogues were throwing a kegger you and jj haven't been to a kegger in a while so you guys decided to tonight you were wearing a white lace crop top with ripped shorts and red vans you were already on you're fourth cup of beer and jj was getting pretty drunk too you haven't seen him this drunk in awhile he doesn't drink or smoke as much as he used to since selena was born
y/n : * yooo babe i think that's enough * you try to get the cup away from him
jj: *relax queen* he pulls it away from you're reach
you're just thinking yep it's gonna one of those nights where he wakes up hungover you just sigh and walk away to the bathroom on you're way you bump into kiara she was talking to some tour one
kiara:* hey beautiful you okay?* she puts her arm around you
y/n: *yeah i'm okay jj is just getting pretty drunk and i just don't want him to something dumb plus i miss my baby* she laughs and pouts *
kiara: *completely understandable you're a mommy now of course you miss her and i'm sure jj will know when to stop okay* she tries to reassure you and smile at you
y/n *you're right kie* you smile at her back
sarah and pope walk over to you guys cause they see you look upset
sarah: *hey guys what's going on you okay y/n* she looks at you with a worried face
kiara: *she's fine she just misses selena and jj is just get crazily drunk over there with those  guys and john b* they all look over to them
y/n: *im just over thinking it i'm going to go use the bathroom* she smiles at her friends then walks to the bathroom she then hear someone come in it was some guy name lucas
lucas: *hey fine ass* he walks over to you with a smirk
y/n *um what do you  want don't you know i have a boyfriend and a daughter*  you say in a rude tone
lucas: *oh so can i be a step dad*
he starts to get uncomfortably closer to you you decide to just run out the bathroom as fast as you can
y/n : *fuck this* you run out as fast as you can
as you run out you he grabs you from behind everyone can see you try to set yourself free from him as spite as much jj is drunk he hears you're screams and sees you trying to get out of the guys grips
jj: *get the fuck off my girlfriend* he shoves the boy which makes him fall and you are then set free
jj on the other hand gets on top of him punching the living crap out of him
y/n : *okay jj that's enough* you freak out
pope and john b try to help get him off but jj keeps going hard on the guy
jj: *if i see you ever try to touch my girlfriend again i swear on everything you will die* he stand up
the police came cause some snitched about the fight they took jj away cause he left the un cautious
you were upset you drove to you're moms house crying cause jj got arrested you walk in your moms house and selena is sleep
y/m/n: *hey what's wrong where is jj*
y/n* jj got arrested because some guy was trying to touch me and jj beat the crap out of him and left him uncautious* you cry
y/m/n : * oh dear* she sits up worried
selena is waken up by you crying and with the lights turned on
selena:*mommy?*she says with her little raspy voice and her eyes barely opening cause of the light
you walk over to your daughter and pick her up and kiss her forehead y/n: *hey mama* you relax alittle with your daughters touch
selena:*mommy why you sad where's my daddy* she looks around confused
you didn't want to tell you're daughter that her dad was in jail
y/n: *baby daddy has to do something okay we will see him tomorrow okay* you reassure her and smile at her and kiss her cheek
john b walks in to check on you and to see if you needed anything he felt bad that jj was in jail cause he was drinking with jj and felt like he should've made stop
you look back and you see john b
selena: *uncle jb!* she says excited and smiles and reaches out to him
you pass her to uncle jb
john b: *hey pretty girl* he kisses her cheek and shuffles her hair
john b: *hey y/n i'm sorry i felt like i should've stopped jj cause now he's a dad and he had people to come home to tonight and i just feel really shitty*
y/n : you smile at him and reassure him *hey don't worry about it okay don't blame yourself everything is gonna be okay* you hug him
  john : he smiles at you back *have you called the police station to see if he has a release date already?*
y/n * i was actually about to call right now*
you call the police station they said that jj will be out in the morning at 10am you were in relief that it wasn't longer than a day so for the rest of night you calmed down you and selena went back home and she slept with you all on you're bed and cuddled with you the whole night
the next morning you wake up and feel happy cause you're going to pick up jj
y/n: *selena mama you ready to get daddy* you smile at her
selena: *yes mommy i miss daddy so much* she pouts at you
y/n: *i know you're always with him* she laughs
so you and selena got ready you did her hair made sure she ate before y'all went you pulled up to the police station got selena from her car seat and pick her up and walk over to the station you then see jj walk out
y/n: *look mama look who it is* you smile at her
selena is smiling even tho it's been only day she never goes a day or hours without being with her daddy
selena: *daddy daddy!* she reaches her hands out to him
you pass her to jj and jj kisses her cheek her head and hugs her so tightly he missed her daughter more than anything and he never wants to be away from her again
jj: *my princess i missed you so much* he kisses her cheek one more  he then places his forehead against hers * i don't wanna be away from you ever again*
jj: *y/n i'm sorry i got extremely drunk and i know i should've stopped before letting that guy get uncautious but when i see anyone try to hurt you or selena it makes me go crazy i'm sorry baby* he pulls you in close
y/n *its okay what matters is that you are okay and that you are here with us i love you and thank you for always protecting me* you reassure him and kiss him in the lips
jj : *kisses you back* i love you more queen
you then look at selena
y/n: *you're baby missed you* you smile at him
jj: * i missed her so so so much more * he hugs selena more tight and kisses her on the cheek
jj: *you look so beautiful princess* he says in a playfully voice and tickle her * you wanna sit on my shoulders* he smiles
selena: * yes daddy * she giggles and then jj helps her get on his shoulders
you guys then go home and enjoy you're day with you're family ❤️
