Chapter 2 - A new enemy

I know the first chapter was a bit boring and slow but it picks up in the next chapters.... Anyway I'm writting this on my laptop so it shouldn't take as long for this one to upload.

Chapter ~ 2.

There was something familiar about him, he looked so secretive, like he had his guard up, almost distant. His eyes penetrated into mine, staring intently at me, looking with almost pained gaze. I had to figure him out, it was funny although he was behind the teachers desk, he looked out of place, like he didn't belong there. He gave off an aura of power, confidence and authority. It was almost frightening like he could kill you with a click of his fingers if he wanted to. He gave off the feeling that he knew what you were doing although he had his back turned to you. Suddenly Alec elbowed me in my side.

"Yo,earth to Bex." he whispered sarcastically.
"Ouch!" I winced "That hurt, what do you want ?" I whispered back angrily

Shaking my head at my stupid thinking I got back to taking notes on the induction lesson like names and emails of tutors if we needed help with work and what we would be doing this semester. The desk we sat at were for four people, I was seated one bench from the back with Alec and Carrie on one side and Raphael on the other. Cole sat behind us with some other guys I didn't really know.

"Haha you were so staring at him" Cole whispered then laughed

"What do you expect he is kinda good looking" Carrie replied eyeing Mr. Collins up and giving him a flirty smile. He looked at her but didn't smile back"

"Right class, listen up" he said. The first thing I noticed was his unfamiliar yet alluring accent. He didn't sound American at all. Weird considering he had an American sounding name.

" I want us all to get acquainted, so if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask away" he said.

Hands flew up all over the class.

"Where are you from ?"

"How old are you ?"

"Do you have a girlfriend ?"

"Can I have your number, incase I need some help with work" the popular blond snubby girl called Serena asked tossing her hair, showing off way too much cleavage.

Ugh 'can I have a sick bucket' I thought.

" Slow down one at a time" he smiled

" First Serena no, that's what my school email is for" he abruptly answered

"And as for the other questions as you can probably tell from my accent I'm from Europe, I'm twenty four and no I don't have a girlfriend" he answered.

There were a lot of oohs from the girls and laughing. Everyoe was now starting talking amongst each other.

"That's it settle down class," he said .

"Listen up, I'm going to give you all a piece of A4 paper and you will write your name , age and some information about yoursefls. Then pass it around the class so we can all get to know each other I'll take the papers in at the end."

Once we all had the papers we started. I wrote the basic information about myself only adding some of my interests . I passed mine to Alec first and he gave me his.

"Seriously?" I smirked at him, and pointed at the paper.

"What? " he asked inoccently

"Long walks in the parc, and working out in the gym? it's not a dating website" I laughed and rolled my eyes at him.
