"Seriously, You're seriously letting Jaune become a Hunter!" Joan exclaimed clearly not in favor of her twin fighting Grimm.

"Joan behave, now are you ready Jaune?" Michael asked as Jaune stood up releasing his sister before summoning Kingdom Key surprising Joan with the strange weapon that magically appeared.

"That's your weapon?" Joan asked holding back a laugh seeing the key shaped sword.

"Yep" Jaune replied as he held the blade up putting his off hand in front of him (think of the starting stance Riku uses in KH2 ).

"Alright, you asked for it." Joan said pulling her version of Crocea moar, it was a sword and shield combo like the original but the blade was thinner and shorter like a dagger while the shield was more circular but with a compartment for dust for her semblance.

"Ready, Begin!" Michael yelled as Joan launched herself towards Jaune who stood there as Joan closed the gap.

"Got you." Jaune muttered as Joan slashed at Jaune who simply stepped back making Joan miss before swinging the backside of the blade inner stomach launching her back.

"Aaahhh!" Joan yelled as she was knocked back.

"Interesting" Michael said as Joan shrugged the counter off now understanding not to underestimate her twin.

"Ok that was just lucky!" Joan said as she glowed a golden color as her dagger became encased in fire.
'So she's using her semblance now.' Jaune though as he reversed his grip knowing how Joan will strike.
"So he's been watching Joan train." Michael said noticing the change in stance.

"Yeah, Big brother is really amazing!" Mel said as she watched Jaune fight his twin.

"Now it's over!" Joan yelled a little ticked Jaune managed to hit her as she used her Aura to boost her speed to get an attack from behind.

Jaune watched as she blitzed past him and started circling him before unleashing several slashes firing blades of fire at Jaune. (Think of Links slash attack in LoZ)

One by one Jaune blocked and slashed at every wave of fire Joan launched at him surprised Joan slowed down giving Jaune an opportunity to attack. "TAKE THIS!" Jaune yelled as he slammed his Kingdom key on the ground making a crater and cracks in the ground tripping Joan up from the sudden terrain change.

"Yield Joan." Jaune said as he held the tip of his Keyblade to Jones throat.

"I-I yield" Joan said unable to grasp what just happened to her.

"That was interesting Jaune, may I see you're weapon?" Their dad asked as Jaune held it out letting his dad hold the keyblade.'it feels off, it's too heavy but too light at the same time, how was Jaune able to use this thing?' Michael asked as the weapon disappeared in a flash of light.

"W-What just happened!?" Michael asked surprised by the disappearance of Jaune's weapon before seeing it reappear in Jaune's hand.

"Yeah that was my reaction when it happened to me." Maria said as Jaune dismissed the keyblade before helping Joan up to her feet.

"Ok you just got lucky..... And I might have been a bit cocky going against you thinking you didn't know how to fight." Joan said as she got her footing.

"Yeah I mean It felt like the blade itself was telling me what to do, and when I did it, it felt like I was stronger then before." Jaune said as their dad laughed.

"Hahaha that happens when someone finds their true weapon, it feels as though the weapon is speaking almost like second nature, and when you listen to it you feel like you can take on the world. Am I right?"
Michael asked looking down at the elder set of twins.
