naur my obsession w/ classic music is so..wtf anyways i feel like god when i listen to classic music

reminder this is irrelevant to the plot of the story

seungmin sighed as he walked down the village, it was a normal commoner day. (commoners coffee...) 

until near the town hall, where all the shops were, the soldiers were holding up a sign; there was loud chatter and a crowd of people. seungmin could hear nothing much and could only pick out: 'king?' 'coming to town!?!'. 

seungmin mumbled about the royalty's as he squeezed through the bunch of people, they had to have someone rule, which seungmin would be willing to rule with the royalty's, but their was only a male. which would be preposterous if there were two males ruling the kingdom. well at least, thats what the standards says.

as seungmin walked he bumped into someone, making seungmin fall, "augh..sorry- i- are you the prince?" he looked up, was it the prince..? no,, just some good looking person? "shh! uh..to make up to you, well do i need to.." the boy muttered words under his breath, pacing back and forth. "its- its alright.." seungmin half heartedly smiled, getting back up on his feet. "no!, uh its not!, come with me i'll make it up to you." the boy dragged seungmin by the wrist, before he could even stand properly.

they wondered to the far side of the city, and was nearing the castle. "sorry if i took you to far from the village." the boy removed his hood revealing his true identity.

seungmin pov ;

i knew it! it was the prince, the facial features are easy to pick out, it felt awkward to have contact with the higher rank people, but its alright..?

"uh, its not a problem, where are we heading?" i ask. "to the castle." the prince grinned. "could..could i call you, prince jeongin..?"

seungmin saw the boy visually freeze. "shhh!! again about my royalty side, i have spare clothes to make it look like your from another kingdom. could you please act like were.. in love,,,?" the boy blushed slightly at what he was saying.

"in-in love? what, what do you mean? you've never met—" "i have! i..i've watched over the village in disguise, that's why today i decided to bumped into you" prince jeongin was sitting down in the tall-ish grass with seungmin.

"you..you would like me to change, like right now?" seungmin raised an eyebrow at the boy. "ah! uh..erm, yes? oh gosh, im so sorry!!..for troubling you so much" the boy burried his face in his hands. a soft breeze sang through the air, calming the two young boys. "i'll..i'll get changing" i walk off into the tall grass behind a big willow tree.

jeongin and seungmin laugh as they play in the grass, bugs hum, birds chirp, it was like a fantasy. a fantasy a commoner could never dream of. "i'll take you to the castle! alright? no more use of the 'prince' , 'majesty' for me, understand?" jeongin gave seungmin a big smile. seungmin nodded, felt his heart flutter slightly, who knew love at first sight, would really exist..?

jeongin rambled on about his adventures while seungmin willingly listened to him with nothing but joy inside.

"father! i have..my,, my friend with me" jeongin grinned and walked up to his dad, basically skipping, due to how happy he was. seungmin on the other hand, tried his best not to sloppily walk, "hello, your majesty, im from the other kingdom, i was traveling by myself and happen to overcome prince of cloudius." (idek i was going for smt else but k..cloudius it is)

seungmin caught jeongins dad staring at him.

gosh, im gonna run for it...this is too scary....will i be exiled? soon..?

"you are..?" the king asked. "Kim Seungmin, im from the Kim clan, I was sent to be a adventurer, I happen to overcome this village, your son is a blessing and lead me up here" seungmin bowed and put one arm on his chest. the king just nodded.

"haven't heard of the Kim Clan." The king gaze burned on seungmins back. "it's a private clan, that's where i was born." seungmin slowly turned his head up and looked at the king. "well then, jeongin seems to be waiting for you, go ahead" the king gave seungmin a soft, but not genuine, smile.

seungmin ran into the fields where jeongin hid. "how did it go?" jeongins eyes pondered at seungmin.

"okay..he seemed not to be mad"  seungmin sigh as he fell on to jeongin, laying his head in his lap. "that's alright, he'll notice...soon" jeongin stroked through seungmins hair and hummed.

..as time past, jeongin had something he wanted to say, he needed to rule the kingdom sooner or later, but he just needs to find the person.

"jeongin?" seungmin turned his head around the corner. they're both 19 now, the king finally said yes to what jeongin begged for.

"seungmin! guess what!!" jeongin grinned, containing his excitement. "yes..?" seungmin felt all happy inside wondering what the great news was.

"our friendship is ending, let's move on from our friendship"

the silence was loud. but y'know, seungmin didn't feel down or anything, just confused, why would he feel happy?

"im sorry, could you please re-word that..?" seungmin smiled with pity for jeongin. "seungmin-ssi, don't you understand..?" "my father said yes." seungmin took a moment to think what he was trying to say.

then it hit him.

a commoners dream.

seungmin just laughed, "you're joking! you're joking..— you're not joking." seungmins face dropped.

jeongin nodded, "do you, agree?" "of course! always!" seungmin ran into the princes hands.

what jeongin meant was, seungmin was next to be in the throne, the queens throne. why the queens throne? because jeongin was next crowned king.

"i swear, with all my heart, i won't die." jeongin chuckled. "and i swear with my heart, i'll protect you."

happily every...after?
