Can Love Happen Twice?

I LOVE YOU

And that was the breaking point for Tae. He burst into tears and finally started speaking his heart out, crying and sobbing.

"I don't want to go away from you. I am sorry but now I can't imagine my life without you. I know....I know I am just a physiotherapist who came here for your mom but I got attached to you, what to do?"

"I...I never thought this day will come in my life but now it has come and it came because of you. You made me feel like this again. Your words showered me with comfort and now I want to be in your embrace forever."

He sobbed and Jungkook just looked at him.

He was froze.

Eyes widened, mouth slight open.

He didn't know how to react.

He should be happy that Tae is confessing his feelings or he should be sad looking at Tae's condition right now? He hated Tae's tears, he hated them the most in his life. His eyes started to get teary, as he saw tears flowing through Tae's eyes continuously.

"Tae"

"Please let me finish first."  Tae sobbed and looked up in the those doe eyes which were now stained in tears.

"You know....when I first met you, I tired so hard to keep my distance from you."   he paused for a moment to catch his breath.

"But from the day 1, you heard my unspoken words. You said those things to me. You didn't leave my hand even when I tried to push you away and now....now I want to hold your hand forever. I don't want to let its warmth go."

"Am I being selfish?"

"Maybe I am because Kook...."  he paused  "I love you."

And Jungkook's breath stopped. Did he hear correct? Did Taehyung just confess to him? He wasn't dreaming? No...please this shouldn't be a dream.

Tae closed his eyes and more tears fell from his eyes. Now that Tae had no courage to look into the eyes of the male in front of him, he kept his eyes closed. Now that Tae had confessed, he is afraid of response. But No....he isn't done yet. He had a lot more to say, a lot more in his heart and he won't miss this opportunity. His head hung low as he continued speaking without looking at Jungkook.

"I love you and now I am being selfish for myself because I want you to be with me. I can't.....I just can't lose you Kook. P...please s...stay with me. Please"  Tae sobbed hard.

"I know....I know I did a lot of mistakes. I hurt you so many times. I sometimes forgot to act like a normal human being. I was rude to you. I hurt you so many times to avoid the truth of how I feel."

"The idea of letting anyone close to me was terrifying but the truth....the truth is that I can't imagine waking up in the morning knowing that I can't see you."

"The truth is...I love you. I love you so much Kook."

And Jungkook broke down into tears. Can you imagine the amount of happiness he was feeling that time?

No you can't.

Noone can because only Jungkook know how hard he tried, how hard he tried to be in Tae's life and now that he had made his place in Tae's heart, his heart can't handle the happiness.

He bent a little, hid his face into his palms. The trembling of his body was clearly indicating that he was crying.

"I am sorry if I said someth...."

Jungkook shook his head, looked up at Tae and before he could speak anything further, Jungkook pulled him into a tight hug.

Taehyung immediately hid himself into the hug. A sense of relief rushed through his spine when he felt the warmth of Jungkook's embrace around him. Taehyung cried in his embrace and the other male cried too.

Those were happy tears and god knows.....how much comfort they felt in each other's embrace.

"Kook....I love you. I love you probably from a longer time now but I never allowed myself to truly feel it and know it until yesterday"

He tightened his grip and Jungkook pulled him more to himself.

"..until yesterday when I realised that i have to leave you, I couldn't control my tears. I was always thinking ahead, making decisions out of fear but today, because of you, I listened to my heart."

"If it was not you, I wouldn't have smiled again. You are the person who taught me to love again."

"I....I don't know what to say Tae"

"You don't have to say anything. Just...just give me my answer Kook.....I love you, do you?"

Without saying anything, Jungkook nodded and Tae felt that nod on his neck. He smiled widely and closed his eyes, lowering his head and now completely hiding it into Jungkook's neck.

"I do. I love you too. I love you so much Tae...so much."

"I love you more."

"No I love you more."

Tae giggled and finally their racing hearts calmed down.

"Can I be with you....Can I stay in your heart?"

"Stay forever love, this heart was yours since the first day you entered this house."

Taehyung smiled and they stood like this for long. Not talking, not moving, just holding each other in their arms, taking each other's body scent and enjoying the moment which seemed magical.

After some time, they backed away, looking into each other's eyes, they smiled.

"I love...."

Before Jungkook could finish his words, Tae cupped his face and connected their lips.

It was their second kiss but the difference was that this time Tae was kissing him as Jungkook, his Jungkook.

Jungkook smiled between the kiss and wrapped his arms around Tae's waist, lifted him up and responded to the kiss with same passion.

Closed eyes, breaths mingled, lips moving in sync and two souls finally found peace.

They didn't want to break the kiss.

Who would? when you are kissing your love.

But oxygen is a need so they broke the kiss. They had to but Jungkook didn't put Tae down, besides he just stared at him, carrying all love and adoration in his doe eyes.

"Put me down now"

Jungkook shook his head and winked.

"You are trapped now. You can't get out now."

"I don't want to"

"I won't let you"

Tae chuckled and Jungkook just stared at him.

"What?"

"Tae..."

"Hmmm"

"I wasn't your first love but I tend to be your last. I promise you, I will never let you go away from me. I won't ever leave you."

"I love you"

"I love you too my pretty doctor"

And Jungkook pulled him into another kiss.
