Chapter 1: Jesy's POV:

Lily has been stressed more than all of us. With Get Weird being released in a week, working on her debut album, making new dances for us, and trying to keep up with everything else, she has been overworking herself. Lauren said when they hung out last night, she looked tired and been falling asleep when it was only 2 pm when they started hanging out. I decided to talk to her.

Lily's POV:

Being in two different girl groups is stressful. Albums, singles, music videos, tours, songwriting, tours, hate, backlash, interviews. I feel like I'm gonna snap. My mental health is fine but I feel like I want to cry and also the girls forgot my birthday and I'm still upset by it because I never get to celebrate it. I hear a knock on the door and say they could come in after I rub my eyes. The door opens and it's Jesy wearing a simple tank top and pants. She smiles at me and says, "Hey Rosie." She called me by one of my nicknames which is cute. "Hey Jes. Whatcha need", I ask her as she sits down on my bed. She puts a hand on my shoulder and says, "You have been stressed lately. With the album coming out next week, making new dance moves for our videos and performances, and the interviews with everything else, you been overworking yourself with everything. So me, the girls, your family, G.R.L., and Fifth Harmony decided you need a break." I was shocked at what she said and I didn't want to take a break so I tried to argue but Jesy just glared at me and said, "Simon agrees with us too. He's giving all of us two weeks off. We already promoted the album and we're done recording everything so he's okay with it and we're all not taking no for a answer! Understand?" I just nod and I tell her I been crying for months. When she asks why, I told her about how they forgot my birthday and after telling her, she had a guilty look on her face and then she said, "I'll be right back. I need to do something."

No One's POV:

After Jesy left the room, she burst into tears from guilt. She kept thinking how did we forget it? She decided to call Perrie, Leigh-Anne, Jade, Dinah, Lauren, Normani, Ally, and Camila on facetime from her phone.
