"I-I'm a single mother, would he still be interested in such girl?"(Y/N) asked and Ace sighed

"This is why you don't confess nor go out on dates because you are scared of being rejected of being a single mom. So what? Being a single mom doesn't mean you can't have a husband in your side"Ace said and (Y/N) looks at him

"M-Marco-san is a great guy, I-I don't think I deserve him though"(Y/N) told Ace who looks at her

"Trust me, he deserves you, and you deserve someone to love you unconditionally like he did"Ace told (Y/N) who looks at him in confusion

"Like he did? What do you mean?"(Y/N) asked as Ace widened his eyes while he blinked and smiled nervously

"Shit. Marco will just explain it to you, he needs to explain things to you"Ace said as he fled on (Y/N)'s room to meet Marco. Marco is at his office like per usual, he was just sipping coffee, thinking about (Y/N) when Ace suddenly barged in his office. 

"MARCO! IT'S URGENT!"Ace shouted as Marco sighed

"What the heck is it, Ace?"Marco asked as Ace smiled nervously

"I-I kind of talked a little about your past on (Y/N)......h-how did you uhm...how did you liked her from before"Ace said nervously which made Marco widening his eyes

"What?"he asked Ace who gulped and run away from a confused Marco

"Did he just....? Now I will gonna explain myself to (Y/N)-chan huh? Ace, you little bastard"Marco said as he sighed, he quickly went to grab his patient's clipboard that contains the vital files of the patient. Marco arrived at (Y/N)'s room. 

(Y/N)'s POV

I had visitors which is Ace's younger brother, Luffy and Sabo. Luffy's friends arrived also, me and Luffy got close due to him and Sabo babysitting Rishima. 

"How's your leg, (Y/N)san?"Sabo asked as I smiled

"You guys didn't have to bother coming here, you have exams and you need to study. You are not in high school anymore, you're all in college now"I said as Sabo smiled

"When we heard Robin-sensei talking about how you injured yourself, Luffy and Sabo-kun rushed here, so of course we also rushed here"Nami-chan said as I smiled

"I'm glad but be sure to study for exams"I said and everyone nodded while Luffy tried to touch my leg but Sanji-kun slapped his hand away from my injury. When Marco-san came in, everyone left.

"I'm here to check your vitals, (Y/N)"Marco-san said as I nodded but I was curious as to what Ace had told or spilled on me. 

"A-ano....Marco-san? Ace came by here earlier, he told me that there is someone you loved unconditionally.....who is it?"I asked and Marco-san looks at me as his eyes were glued on me. 

"I'll tell you the truth okay?"Marco-san asked as I nodded and he sat down next to me

"The person I love unconditionally is you, (Y/N). You were a college freshman in One Piece University and I am a graduated doctor and you were on the nurses office that time"Marco-san said as I nodded

"W-wait....me? You loved me since before then?"I asked and Marco-san nodded while he sighed

"Yes, anyways, someone said that you already got a boyfriend and you are in a healthy relationship with him. So I was in the shadows loving you, when I found out that you and your ex broke up that time, I fell the rage to beat him up because he cheated on you and you were pregnant that time. Ace told me everything because he knew how much I love you. But I stopped myself since you don't know me personally, I wanna confess to you but I guess my fear of getting rejected by you is getting to me"Marco-san said and I blinked

"S-so that means, you still....?"I asked and Marco-san looks at me with those loving eyes, those loving yet hopeful eyes. 

"Yes, I still love you up until now, (Y/N)"Marco-san told me and I looked at him

Marco's POV

(Y/N) started to tear up when I said that, I panicked and didn't knew what I will do

"I-I-I love you too, Marco-san!"(Y/N) said as she hugs me while I smiled and hugged her

"I know, (Y/N)-chan. Since you were a third year in college"I said as (Y/N)-chan looks at me with a smile on her face, her real and the smile I fell in love with.

"Ehhhhh? Oka-san and Marco-sensei are now a couple, Robin-san?"Rishima asked as Robin, (Y/N), and Marco were looking at her

"It seems like it, I knew you would kick it sooner or later, nee-chan"Robin said as (Y/N) blushed while Marco chuckled

"Then Marco-sensei will be my otou-san?! YAYYYY"Rishima said as she lunged up to Marco who chuckled and lifted her up, (Y/N) just chuckled at her two beloved ones.
