What if... Loki had more time? [1x04]

// I keep thinking about what Loki would say if he had more time in 1x04... so why not do a short scene about it?

Loki and Sylvie just revealed that the Time Keepers are just androids and don't know who's in charge of TVA. Sylvie is distraught as her lifelong plan was suddenly in shambles, not knowing what to do next.

"Sylvie..." Loki addressed her.

"Not another pep talk, please."

"No, I have to tell you something. We will figure this out."

"How do you know that?"

"Because, uh..." He walked over to her and gently took her by the arm, "well, back on Lamentis..." he didn't know how to continue, "this is new for me. Um..."

"What? What is it?" She didn't understand what he was going to tell her. His expression was so confused.

"Look at us... what we've accomplished so far... we can accomplish other great things... together... we're stronger together, don't you think? I know we're a pretty chaotic team, but if we have the same goal, we can do anything!"

"Is that what you really think?"

"I'm more than sure of it!"

"Why?"

"Because... I've never been a team player... I've never had as much faith in anyone as I have in you... as I have in you and me..."

"In the two of us as a team?"

"Maybe not just a team..." He uttered a little uncertainly. "That moment on Lamentis, it was something so unexpected... and I think it was mutual, or we'd never have gotten out of there..."

"What do you think was mutual?" She wasn't sure.

Loki glared at her, "I've never had that happen before... and I... I think I fell in love with you..."

Sylvie just gasped in surprise...
