Intro to Mafia 2+ Mafia 2

"You hungry?" she asked

She took my suitcase away from me and intertwined our hands. I leaned on her a little feeling tired and nostalgic of the place at the same time. It was here that I parted way with my brother.

Flashback

"KIM SEOKJIN!" I seethed as he was just rolling his eyes "I'm just worried for you brother, why is it so hard to tell me what type of job you are doing?" I said feeling as if he didn't trust me at all

"Because it's not your business." Yoongi said and I frowned at him

"Yoongi is right." Jin said putting his hands on his hips.

Never had I felt so distant from them. Never were they so cold to me. I felt my heart hurt and a chest tighten. I looked at my brother teary eyed as the train entered the station.

"I don't want to part with fighting." I said "We are family." I felt teary eyed

"Then mind your own business for once. You should only care about graduating and finding a good job. I don't care for anything else." Jin said as he began walking away. "I'm busy."

Jin was always a family person that had a hard time parting away from his family. It looked like he didn't care about me as Yoongi followed him not giving me any look. I broke into tears and he never came back. Never came to comfort me. I couldn't even apologize for being nosy.

Flashback end

I remembered as if it was yesterday. Moonbyul had a really nice Mercedes and put my suitcase easily in the back seat. I clapped and complimented her for getting such a nice car. She chuckled several times.

"My boss gifted it to me." She said casually before her gaze drifted from me to the road

"Your boss is a really nice person then, because this car is expensive looking." I said looking at the interior filled with white leather

"Indeed. A nice person." She said sarcastically

I frowned at that but she brushed it away with her hand. Moonbyul didn't talk much about her job. I only knew that it was in a famous club and that she won a lot from it. She never really talked about her boss or anything. She changed the subject as she drove towards her apartment she shared with three other girls. I would sleep there for some time until I find my own place. 

I already did in fact and hoped it would work with the salary I obtained from my dream company. She asked me about it and I told her about my research. It was quite a touchy subject and I couldn't reveal her much, because it was something that was never done before. CA Chemicals were interested in the influence of my new research and asked me for an interview as a top researcher. I usually worked alone, but nothing could be done.

"You looked quite interested in whatever it is you are doing." She said "Did you tell your brother you are back in town?" she asked

She parked the car, but waited for my answer as I avoided eye contact.

"Ela. You didn't tell him?" she said shocked "You guys were so close with Yoongi." I felt tears in the corner of my eyes just talking about it

"He didn't wish me my birthday after I tried to call him for the 30th time and just said that he was busy, same with Yoongi. He won't tell me what he works in and just send me insane amount of money." I said getting out of the car to get my suitcase

"You never used it the money." She said as a statement

"Never." I said

"One thing you really have in common with our brother is that you are fucking stubborn." She said as she took the suitcase from me
