,,A jack-o-lantern..." Chloe interrupted, eyes wide once it hit her.

The dark skinned Angel nodded confused. ,,Yeah, at least that's what the officer at the precinct told me, how..." And his eyes went wide as well.

Lucifer let his confused gaze wander from his brother to Chloe and back. ,,What is it, brother?" Amenadiel fixed his eyes on his younger brother.

,,The officer at the precinct was Chloe."

,,Well, this just got far more interesting, wouldn't you say?" The devil grinned in excitement. ,,Seems like dear old Dad had fun toying with us even before Chloe and I personally met, which is no surprise at all, of course..."

The Detective looked at her partner. ,,Wait...so This was the case where Aiden Scott was murdered, right?" Both siblings nodded.

,,Okay, I was following a lead and questioned the trainer of Aiden after we were at the crime scene. He told us something about Aiden being given the chance to get a whole bunch of money if he lost in the fight, but Aiden wanted to win, so he didn't take the bribe. What were you doing at the time?"

Now Lucifer chimed in. ,,Oh, we had quite the time, let me tell you!

First of all, I got to play the piano after eons in Hell. It was divine. Then big bro had to interrupt me and show me the news which was when we realized the theft must have been orchestrated by the same person who killed Aiden Scott.

,,Yes, yes, that was one mistake, one, alright?" The other Angel just chuckled, proud of his little achievement, to annoy his little brother.

Amenadiel picked up where they left off. ,,Well, then we went to that building, full of porn stars. You should have seen Luci, then. He behaved like a child getting it's Christmas presents."

Now Lucifer looked at his brother unbelievably and shocked. ,,Excuse me brother, but how would you feel if you were to meet your favourite actors from a movie for example? This was Misty Canyons! ,,Of course I do! And the best part, for which I will always be grateful, she was the one who planted the idea of staying in Los Angeles.

Her exactly words were, ,,And if you really want to rebel, move to LA." Such a wise being, isn't she? No wonder why that Aiden Scott guy was in a relationship with her."

,,Awww, man. That's so sweet! Do you think I'll ever be able to get a chance to meet her? Just to, say thanks for giving you that advice and everything, you know?"

,,Oh, do I ever. I'll set up a meeting with her for whenever you want, darling." Lucifer smiled warmly at his friend.

,,You'd really do that? For me?!" Ella couldn't hide her excitement.

,,Of course. You are like a sister to me, Miss...Ella, Ella. I'd do anything to see you smile like this, right now..."

The forensic scientist stood up and walked over to the dark haired Angel. ,,And I would do anything to make you happy, big bro!" With that, she dived into a warm hug and this time, the Lightbringer leaned into it as well, enjoying that rare moment with his family.
