Reintroduction

First, the devil responded with a confused look, then realized that it clearly was a little too much information for a person who just found out.

,,Ah, right. I apologize, how thoughtless of me..." and with a weird move of his shoulders the wings disappeared from everyone's sight.

,,How...?" She looked puzzled. Where did those huge wings go?

,,A question for later, I suppose. If you are willing to stay that is, of course." He was still watching her, as if to expect her to turn around and run from them at any given moment.

But she was a strong woman. And if her mother accepted those beings, she would try her best as well.

,,I...I guess I'll stay for a little longer. I mean, you can't expect me to not want to know more after you just showed me your wings...which are amazing by the way!"

,,I suppose you have a point there. But, know you are free to leave anytime." He smiled sincerely at her.

,,Thank you..." and for the first time after a while, Adriana moved and walked over to the porch, sitting down next to Linda.

The new God poured himself a drink before joining the others.

,,Right...I do believe we owe you a reintroduction." He looked to the others for approval.

,,My name is Lucifer Morningstar, originally just Lucifer, but since one requires a surname on the earthly plane, I chose Morningstar. 

Other names you might know me by are The Devil, Satan, Beelzebub, Old Scratch, Adversary, Prince of Darkness or Prince of Lies. But everyone in this room knows that that last title is the one that wronged me most. I don't lie, ever. It's a point of pride for me." Linda coughed and mumbled 'except to yourself' under her breath.

,,Since you've seen that video, you might also know that I'm currently the new God."

Her eyes went wide. ,,Then...shouldn't you know, like, everything?"

Lucifer shrugged. ,,I only got my new powers not too long ago. I've not learned how to work with them yet." He glared at Amenadiel, letting him know he could reintroduce himself next.

,,I'm still Amenadiel, an Angel and Charlie's father. Charlie is human, or at least we think so. Maybe he will get his own set of when he's older, though..." He drifted off, losing himself in that wishful thinking.

,,Yes, sure brother. The three signs of puberty: Acne, pubes and wings!" Lucifer responded, clearly annoyed by the fact that Amenadiel still couldn't fully accept his son was human.

Adriana couldn't know that wasn't a thing, or was it? ,,Is that really a thing? Getting wings during puberty I mean..."

Lucifer chuckled. ,,No, not that we would know of." He thought for a second, his eyes getting bigger.

,,But since we do self-actualize, there might be a possibility Charlie could sprout wings in the future."

Amenadiel glared at him, grinning like he just won a bet. ,,See, Luci? I was right!"

,,Now don't get ahead of yourself, brother. We don't know anything for sure."

,,Well, maybeee..."

Lucifer shook his head. ,,I know what you're implying and the answer is, Absolutely not!"

No one else knew what Amenadiel wanted from his brother.

,,Lucifer, what does he mean by that?" Chloe asked curiously.

He sighed. ,,Amenadiel wants me to take a look into the future so he can prove a point. That little Charlie will have wings then."

,,Yeah, Amenadiel...I honestly don't think this is the best idea..." Chloe told the dark skinned Angel.

,,Alright...Azrael?"

The Angel of Death understood. ,,Hey again...I'm Azrael, the Angel of Death. One of Lucifer's younger siblings."

Before the blonde would break, she added, ,,I'm not here for anyone's soul or to kill anyone though. I don't kill in general, that's something some people get wrong. I only help the already dead souls to cross over, you know, to either Heaven or Hell..." Adriana let out a relieved sigh.

Now the last Angel spoke up. ,,Well, the name's still Gabriel, the Messenger of God. Pretty cool, right?"

,,Uhuh..." She just nodded. Surely it was an exiting job, right?

,,Right...I'm Eve. You know, the one from the Garden, first human woman after Lilith..." Wow, what had her life become?

,,Maze, would you like to go next?" The black haired woman asked.

,,Sure. Name's Mazikeen, of the Lilim. I'm a demon, Hell's best torturer and soon to be Queen of Hell."

Adriana nodded slowly. ,,That makes sense, I guess..."

,,Seriously though, how have you not gone crazy yet?" the demon asked in pure confusion.

,,Well...I mean, sure, its a lot to take in...but Linda, my mom, seems to trust you and she's known you for a long time, right?" The Celestials agreed.

,,If you were dangerous or evil or something she wouldn't be here right now. Unless of course you aren't human yourself?" The last question was directed at Linda, who now laughed.

,,What, me? Oh, no...nooo...completely human, just totally a celestial insider, since I knew the truth longer than any other human here. Almost since the beginning in fact." Adriana understood, but Linda wasn't finished yet.

,,Well not THE beginning of course. I sure wasn't there during the Big Bang..."

Lucifer blankly glared at her, and choking on her drink, she suddenly seemed to realize what she just said.

,,Yeah, I see how that might have been a poor choice of words..." Amenadiel, Gabriel and Azrael had a similar look on their face as Lucifer. Chloe had caught up and was covering her daughter's ears in case of another inappropriate sentence. Ella looked questioningly at her friend and with two unspoken words her lips formed (their parents), the Latina muttered something that sounded like 'Dios mio' and took one huge sip of that extremely expensive wine Lucifer had offered.

Adriana obviously needed to get more information before they could proceed with the current issues.
