Clara's POV:

I arrive at the North Pole just as Sandy does.

"This better be good North." Says Bunny.

"Sandy, Clara, thank you for coming." North welcomes.

Sandy starts to complain about how busy he is, and that its almost nighttime.

"I know, I know." North interrupts. "But I obviously wouldn't have called you all here if it wasn't serious."

'What is he on about?' I wonder.

"The Bogeyman was here." North explains. "At the pole."

'Oh no. Pitch is planning his revenge. I always knew this day would come.' I am pulled out of my thoughts when North continues speaking.

"Yes, there was black sand covering the globe."

"W-what do you mean, black sand." Bunny voices what we're all thinking.

"And then a shadow..." North says, ignoring Bunny.

"Hold on, hold on." Bunny interrupts again. "I thought you said you saw Pitch."

"Well, ah, not exactly." North admits.

"Not exactly!" Bunny exclaims "Can you believe this guy?" He directs at Sandy.

Sandy replies with a question mark and an annoyed face.

"Yeah, you said it Sandy." Bunny agrees.

"Look, he's up to something very bad. I can feel it......in my belly." North tries to convince us.

"Hang on, hang on." Bunny starts, clearly angry. "You mean to say you summoned me here three days before Easter, because of your belly! Mate, if I did this to you three days before Christmas..."

"Listen, Bunny, Easter is not Christmas."

"Here we go again" I mutter. I decide to zone out at this point. Soon, I start to worry. I mean, with these two constantly arguing about who's holiday is better, Tooth always muttering to her 'mini me's' , Sandy never able to get his point across because he can't talk, and no one listens to me, I just can't see how we can protect the children of the world from Pitch. We barely defeated him last time... I am once again pulled from my thoughts by Sandy violently shaking an elf. We all turn to look at him. He makes a moon above his head and points to North's observation hatch in the ceiling.

"Ah!" North exclaims. " Man in Moon! Sandy why didn't you say something."

Sandy blows steam, or should I say sand, from his ears in frustration. North doesn't seem to notice.

"It's been a long time old friend, what is big news. "

A bright beam of moonlight streams in from the hatch, its almost blinding. A shadow of Pitch appears on the floor in front of us.

"It is Pitch" Says Bunny.

North pats his belly and gives Bunny an 'I told you so' look.

"Manny, what must we do?" North asks.

Suddenly the floor separates and a gargantuan crystal rises out of the floor.

"Uh guys you know what this means?" Tooth asks.

"He's chosen a new guardian." North says.

"What!" Bunny exclaims. "Why!"

"Must be big deal. Manny thinks we need help" North says wonderingly.

"Since when do we need help!" Bunny says mockingly.

"I wonder who it's gonna be?" Tooth says excited. "Maybe the Leprechaun?" Tooth says as Sandy depicts a four leaf clover above his head.

"It might be the Groundhog." I say.

"Please not the Groundhog, please not the Groundhog." Bunny begs.

An image of a boy in a hoodie holding a staff appears above the crystal.

"Jack Frost." North says, clearly surprised.

I rolled my eyes as one of Tooth's 'mini-me's' fainted.

"Uh, I take it back, the groundhog's fine." Bunny says obviously disgusted in Man in Moon's choice.

Tooth, suddenly realising shes swooning at the image of Jack Frost hurriedly says, "Well a-a-as long as he helps to, uh, to protect the children, right?"

"Jack Frost!" Bunny yells, outraged. "He-he doesn't care about children, all he does is freeze water pipes and mess with my egg hunts! Alright, he's an irresponsible, selfish...

"Guardian." North finished for him.
