The Party

I am sitting in a rafes car as he drives to the party my anxiety starts to hit up the roof I never go to parties I always just hang around with the Pogues
Rafe tries to make small talk but I don't know what to say back " is there gonna be many people at the party?" I ask nervously

"well it's a kook party what do you expect"
Rafe says

" i've never really been to a party" you say

" wait so you've never been to a party before you're gonna have plenty of fun don't worry" Rafe says chuckling

We arrive at the party and I can hear the music from in the car I take a deep breath in and step out the car

" hey y/n want to say hi to topper and kelce?" Rafe asks

"Uh sure"

You both walk through the party to toppers kitchen

"Aye top" Rafe yells

He looks at the two of us in surprise

"Who's this?" Topper asks not recognising me

"I'm y/n routledge I say with a awkward smile"

"Oh topper says you look different, you look good as he looks me up and down and then looks back at Rafe

Rafes pov
As topper looks y/n up-and-down I get this feeling in my stomach I don't know what it is but it felt like jealousy I hate to admit it but I think it was I was trying to convince myself that it wasn't I put my fists into a ball slightly, y/n looked so good tonight but she was just a bet I try to remind myself she's a pouge.

I ask y/n if she wants to take a shot with me as kelce wraps his arm around y/n shoulder I try my best to ignore it she's just a bet.

"Sure she says"

Back to y/n pov:
I don't know how to react as when kelce puts his arm around my shoulder I just tried not to react

Kelces passes me a shot and Rafe has one in his hand Topper is videoing us and I smile awkwardly 3 2 1 Topper yells we all take a shot and laugh

Hours passed of us lauging and dancing

I see topper whisper to kelce I hear them say "shit y/n is actually pretty fun topper says and hot kelce adds with a laugh"

I just let out a drunk laugh

My favourite song comes on and I grab the boys hands getting more comfortable with them now and go to where everyone is dancing I shout the lyrics to the song the boys laugh and sing with me I'm holding Rafes hand we are all very close to eachother I start to sway around at each of them just having fun and not caring about anything else other than the boys

The party is finshed Rafe drives me home we are both laughing having a good time "byee Rafey" I say lauging "see you around" he says
I walk on the porch and see all the pouges looking at me there eyes went wide from my glow up but then went back down
John be says "y/n who were u partying with" John b says " oh know one just some friends" 

"Friends there not ur friends"jj says

" you don't even know who is partying with" I say with defence

" yes we do we all saw toppers Instagram story of you taking shots with the boys"

Then I snapped.

"DONT ACT SO INNOCENT YOUR THE ONE TALKING TO SARAH!"I yelled

"HOW DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THAT" he snaps back

"I WAS TALKING TO SARAH AND SHE WAS TELLING ME ABOUT YOU! SHE LIKES YOU!" I say yelling

"Im not sleeping here tonight" I say

"Don't come back until you apologise" John be says as I walk to grab my bike

I stick up the finger and ride off

"I start to tear up because this is the first fight we've had since our dad went missing"

I just ride over to the Camerons house hoping they'll let me in

I see a ladder toward the Cameron boys room I climb up and knock on his window

He opens his window and says "y/n what are you doing?"

" I got in a fight with my brother he found out that I was with you guys can I stay here tonight" you ask

" oh yeah come in"

I walk in

" you're still in your party dress" he says

"Mhm" you say looking everywhere but him

"Are u good?" He asks

"Uh it's kind of the first fight I've had with him since I dad went missing"

We just keep silent for a couple minutes

Until I say do you have anything I can wear I don't want to sleep in this dress I say
"Uhm just borrow my T-shirt"

My heart flutters a bit I ignore it tho

"Thanks" I say

He turns around as I get changed.

"uhm I'll go sleep on the couch" he says

" no don't go can you please stay" i say
He nods

Rafes pov
Holy shit she just asked me to stay

We both hop in bed

She grabs my arm and puts it around her I scoot a bit closer and burry my head into her neck
I feel her calm down as I comfort her

We both fall asleep cuddling
