Chapter 20

I nodded and walked out of the gym. I walked into Johns room to check on him. He was passed out in his crib hugging the stuffed animal Mar'i got him last year, its his favorite besides zikata. I smiled down at him and pulled the blanket up so it was covering him more and then kissed his forehead. I made sure the night light was still on and then walked to my room

When I opened the door to my and stars room, Star wasnt there. I sighed knowing where she was and walked down to Mar'is room. When I opened her door I saw star laying on Mar'i bed passed out. I went over and picked her up bridal style to which she berried her head in my chest, now that im looking closer I noticed the tear streaks. she fell asleep crying. I carried her back to our room and layed down with her and fell asleep

----time skip to morning----

7 in Jump and 9 in Gotham

everyone was up and in the kitchen/ living room besides Star, Dick, Raven, and Jade. Slade was holding/ feeding John, the batboys were watching Tv. Will was on his phone trying to distract him self. Cy and Jinx were making food for the ones that werent in the room

Raven and Jade walked into the kitchen and grabbed their food then sat down by their husbands. You could tell that they were both crying for a while before they came out of their rooms. It was a while before Dick and Star came out of their rooms, and when they did Star looked like she just said hi to death. And Dick looked like he was conflicted. After everyone was done eating they were sitting around the round table in the living room. John was in Stars arms, she refused to let go of him once she got a hold of him

"Ok... I thought about this all night long after our talk yesterday. The only way we are going to be able to get our kids back is by teaming up with Young Justice and the Justice League" Dick said 

"Are you sure Dick, thats going to bring back memories. I know you said that its the only way but are you sure, we can try and find a different way" Will said 

"Will I love you for worrying but its the only way. I know the memories will hurt, for the both of us, but I will swallow my pride and memories if that mean I get my daughter and nieces back" Dick said staring will straight in the eye

It was silent for a while and then Will nodded. Everyone agreed with working with them if it meant getting the kids back, they were all worried about Dick and Will but they wanted to get the girls back even the 3 boys who just meet them

"Ok when are we leaving for Happy Harbor then" Slade asked 

"It is a good 9 am in Gotham right now which would make it about 10 in Happy Harbor. Most of the team lives at the mountain now so most of them will be there. Most likely the higher up ones will be at the watch tower right now since it is the weekend. And with how the Justice League has been in the past 4 years everyone will be at the watch tower right now. So if we head now then they will be there" Tim said 

"How will we get there though. its a long drive to happy harbor" Jinx asked 

"Drake cant you hack into the zetatubes and get them all through" Damian asked 

"yeah I can, Im the one that upgraded them so it will be easy to do and done within 5 minuets" Tim said 

"Ok then we do that. Everyone grab what you need, make sure you have everything. This is going to be a battle to say the least. Star make sure you grab everything for John, also our stuff" Dick said 

"What are you going to be doing" Star asked 

"Im going to call the Titans east and tell them that they are taking care of the city while we are away and also to make sure their coms are on encase we need their help also" 

Everyone nodded and got to what they had to do. Everyone made sure that they had their weapons and everything else. Star made sure she grabbed Johns favorite things and toys for him plus the usual things. While Dick was on the phone with the titans east, and once he was done everyone was packed 

"Ok everyone ready then. The Titans East said that they will take care of things and be ready to help us" Dick said 

"Ready as ill ever be" Will said 

Everyone else nodded along with him on that. Dick nodded and with that they headed to the newest zeta tube on/ in their cars. When they got to the zeta tubes, everyone could tell that Dick was nervous. Star grabbed his hand and gave it a squeeze and smiled at him. He smiled back and then put a hoodie over Johns head so the bright light wouldnt bug him and hurt him

"Lets get this over with" Dick said 

And with that Tim hacked into the system and they all teleported to the watch tower. They each got teleported to the watch tower, they were all blinded to since they are not used to it except for the batboys. When they were able to see again they saw all of the Justice League and Young Justice standing there ready to fight them, until they realized who it was did they all relax

"Nightwing??" Batman asked 

"Batman"

guess who is back. So good news I got the job so now im making money!!! Also tennis season is coming to an end sadly but the good news is that I will hopefully have more time to write my books so that is a good thing
