I fall to my knees when I hear your name.

It's just not the same.
That was our thing.
Kissing under a moonlight sky,
Just like a summer fling,
we didn't have to try.
You were the better part of me.
When I was in the dark, you were the light.
Broke me down, took all of me.
But for you, I still put up a fight.
Cause you my love, you've got all of me.
I fall apart when I hear your name.
Knowing I'm just a memory,
Just another mission in your game.
Well, mission accomplished.
You broke me like shattered glass.
Bet you wish it never happened.
But even though time will pass...
You'd be the quest I accept again and again,
Just to remember your tenderness.
The feel of you against my skin.
The taste of your cigarette flavored kiss.
You were the better part of me.
