Rio: "y/n's magic is different like Wendy she can heal but only if she has water. But nothing major its different with herself though."

Rio: "Each Dragon Slayer magic is different but I think your confusing what they eat. Like natsu if she consumes their element to their magic his being fire hers water their power increases only its different when she is placed in water"
