"Talilah," Lexi said, calling out to me
"MAMA!" I yelled.
"Are you okay?"I asked her,
"Uhm yeah, why?" She asked
"Just, just checking. Anyway, Lexi hurt his ankle again, so I just wanted to let you know! I'm just gonna go get his brace. "
"He said it doesn't hurt that bad. Do you still want him to go to school tomorrow?"
She ran outside.
"Lexi, why do you keep hurting yourself? you missed too many days like 3 weeks ago," Mama said
"You're gonna have to go, but be careful, Taelee is getting your crushes and brace again, "
"I don't have crushes" lexi said jokingly.
"I meant crutches, you know what i mean," she said, laughing.
I came back and put his crutches on the ground cause he was on the swing again, so he had somewhere to sit instead of the ground, I guess.
"Let me see your foot," I asked he put his foot up a bit, and I put the brace around his foot and got his crutches.
"Thanks," he told me.
"Welcome," I told him back.
He went in front of me, and I was by his side, making sure he didn't fall.
"You can go away now. I'll just climb up the stairs backwards," he said
"Okay," I said but still went up with him, which took forever cause he's slow asf
(as frick)
I helped him lye down on his bed and covered him with a blanket.
Then, I went back down.
"Thank you," Mama told me, then smiled.
"Welcome," I said and smiled back.
She was cooking my favorite meal.
STEAK. FREAK YEAH.
"Need help, mum?"
"No, thank you, love."
"Okay," I said and smiled again.
A couple minutes later, she asked.
"Teaella , CAN YOU TURN THE STEAK? I HAVE TO GO DO SOMETHING!" I heard her say
"OKAY!" I yelled back. "Thank you," she said
I was turning the steak after 2 minutes, and then mom came back.
"Thank you, can you call the others to come eat?"
"Welcome! and oki!"
"Lexi" I said while whispering in his ear "fuck you and duck off." He said
While flipping me off again. Because he hates me whispering in his ear.
I slapped his hand and Brea just laughed at this scene.
