"What do you want?"(Y/N) asked and revealed herself, the guy in the middle, probably the boss smirked

"I want you to become my wife! This instant"the boss said which made everyone working in the bar gasping, the group is known to be capturing girls for marriage. But mostly slavery and for sex, that's why they marry women.

"Haaaah? You think you can just declare anything you want, mister? I'm not going to marry you like I said before"(Y/N) said which made all the workers sighing in relief

"Then we will make sure this bar won't be existing anymore!"the boss said which made (Y/N) and the manager widening their eyes

"B-but this is my manager's job and home! You can't force it to close! And besides, the Red Hair Pirate named Shanks is making sure that this bar lives!"(Y/N) said and the boss smirked as he walked towards (Y/N), he licked his lips and held her chin.

"Then marry me and I'll let this bar go"the boss said as (Y/N) looks down, Hawkins was about to leave with his crew so they won't be including in the mess but Hawkins' eyes caught something interesting.

"Don't leave just yet, Basil Hawkins. I'm sure your card shows that (Y/N) is that girl you'll save from a danger and have a love connection between you and her"an old man said which made Hawkins looking at her, Hawkins didn't pay attention to what the old man said and was about to walk away again but he suddenly heard a man's groan and looks at (Y/N) pinning down the boss of the group and pointed a dagger at his neck. The workers immediately circled every guy from the group as the manager handed shakily the gun to (Y/N). Hawkins didn't even expect anything like this

Hawkins' POV

I did not expect her to easily hold a gun and pin down a guy, she's more of a softie and a kind girl when I met her earlier.

"Captain?"my crewmates asked as I stopped them from walking, I watched as (Y/N) smiled angelically even though she's holding a gun and pointing at the guy's head.

"You should know your place, fool. No one will get this bar to be taken down! So fuck off of our business and go fuck some women who's really interested in you. This is your last chance"(Y/N) said as she stood up and walked away but the guy instantly stood up while pinning her down on the ground, restrained her. She struggled to get out while the guy smirked and licked his lips

"(Y/N)!"her co workers shouted her name and was about to save her but she smiled and shook her head, why is she declining help?

"Why?! You're in danger?!"the manager of the bar asked as (Y/N) sighed

"This man used his devil fruit powers on me. It made me paralyzed"(Y/N) said as I sighed

"This girl, really...."I said as I sighed again, I walked over to the middle and everyone whispered, I sighed again but I shuffled my cards and picked some cards.

"Oi! Ah your from the Worst Generation, Basil Hawkins. Don't come near me and my woman"the guy said as I looked at him

"You have zero chances of living if you don't release (Y/N) right now"I said and he smirked

"Ha! What a pathetic loser! Cards and you don't scare me!"the guy said and I looked at him

"Then you leave me no choice"I said and attacked him which made him shocked as I pulled (Y/N) gently

"Are you still fucking paralyzed?"I asked as she nods

"Yea, basically.....thank you Hawkins"she said as I sighed and walked away but the guy stopped me with a gun then I just didn't felt pain, instead one of his men got shot.

"Woah....this is your power, Hawkins? It's amazing!"(Y/N) said and she was able to move her legs and arms so I put her down, she then smirked as the guy looks at me and her.

"It's not even---- you know what? Whatever"I said as the guy protested that (Y/N) should be really his wife and I didn't even know why (Y/N) moves so fast but she reached where the guy is standing and immediately kicked his chin which made him knocked out.

"Damn....the chick got guts"some of my crewmates said and I nodded but then one guy from the guy's men suddenly charged at her but she instantly went for her gun and shot his leg which he groaned in pain to

"Considering her strength, we need her"I said and ordered my men to talk to (Y/N), she immediately said yes and now we're off journey. Months later, I looked at (Y/N) who was singing to absolutely no one in the ship. We were on an island and she was left on the ship to protect it and our treasures, I was the one who was in there first before my crewmates.

(Y/N)'s POV

I was singing due to Hawkins leaving me to protect the ship and our treasures, I had nothing to do so I just had to. Sometimes when I am not dancing, I do sing a lot, but I'm not really that good so I don't really show/let alone hear to other people

"You're a good singer"Hawkins' voice suddenly boomed me in the background as I widened my eyes

"O-oh! Y-you heard me...? I-it's not really good and I'm not, stop saying cheesy shits, it doesn't suit you, Hawkins"I said and he nods while looking at the ocean

"So....how are you so far? Like are you okay being in the crew?"Hawkins asked as I smiled

"I do....Shanks told me not to go in a pirate group but I want to have a journey. Shanks is my favorite pirate ever since younger, I met him and Gol D. Roger and they took me in"I said as Hawkins nodded

"So your as old as Shanks? Wow"Hawkins said as I slapped his arm

"No of course not! I'm only 29 years old!"I said as he nods and I smiled

"Do you ever think of getting married, Hawkins?"I asked then he suddenly choked on his own saliva I think as I looked at him

"W-what?"he asked as I chuckled

"Marriage. I think of it but I can't find a right guy to love me, they don't seem interested"I said and sighed as I leaned on the railings of the ship, some of our friends/crewmates arrived but me and Hawkins are still talking

"Come with me in my office, (Y/N)"Hawkins said and it made me curious, I nodded and followed him on his office. Hawkins sat down on his seat while I sat comfortably on the couch

"You want to get married with the right guy?"Hawkins asked as I nodded

'It would be nice if it's you....but it's impossible, right....?' I thought as I smiled

"Yes. I want to get married"I said and Hawkins looks at me

"Then let's get married"he said as I smiled

"Yea, let's get married"I said as I smiled but then, I realized it.

"WAIT....WHAT?!"I asked as I was shocked at what he said

"Let's get married. The two of us, together"Hawkins said and I widened my eyes

"W-wait are you being serious right now....?"I asked while he looks at me, his usually cold stare is there but it's more soft than his usual cold stare.

"Do I even joke around you guys? I'm serious (Y/N), let's get married because I love you"Hawkins said which made my eyes pop out

"....I-I won't really deny or even decline such proposal but....are you sure about me....like about this?"I asked as he stood up and nodded, he hugs me which I was so embarrassed about. Hawkins not usually like this, I squeaked when he kissed me so suddenly.

"What do you say, (Y/N)?"he asked as I nodded

"I will. And I love you too, Hawkins. I never expected you to be such a romantic guy when we are just the two of us"I said and he clicked his tongue as I chuckled
