Mrs. Zheng had a relationship with Lu Yufei, and seemed to have a good relationship with Madame Xi. Tang Shishi sneered and threw the letter away.

Tongxiu raised her eyes to look at Lu Yufei, nodded and left. Afterwards, the lady in charge sent Tang Shishi the ledger, and the maids were so afraid that Tang Shishi would be angry from looking at the account book.

Amidst the chaos, Tang Shishi sat in the center of the crowd, looking down at the ledger calmly, without any discomfort on her face.

Lu Yufei had never cared about it before, and it was only after the comparison of Tang Shishi and herself that Lu Yufei realized how humble her situation was and how helpless she actually was.
