Introductions

,,Hello there!" Gabriel shouted happily.

,,Gabriel?!" Lucifer and Azrael asked irritated in unison.

,,Nice to see y'all, especially you, Rae! Haven't seen you in a while, lot a' work to do, huh?"

,,I've missed you too, Gabe! But what are you doing here?" Azrael was grateful to see another sibling, but the timing wasn't the best.

Lucifer nodded in agreement. ,,Yes, Gabriel. We are kind of in the middle of something."

,,I...I wanted to apologise for being on Michael's side. Well, not actually on his side, because ya know. All about fear and stuff..."

,,If it's just that, sister. I understand. Michael is a Dick," everyone nodded in agreement. ,,As they say, Forgiven and Forgotten!" He grinned at her.

,,Well, that was easy...what are y'all doing here? Celestial insiders conference?" She just guessed.

,,Something like that, yeah." Chloe, who had just sat on the couch and listened the whole time answered.

Again, they were interrupted by the elevator.

This time, four people stepped out of it. Amenadiel with Charlie and Linda next to Adriana.

,,Ah, finally!" Lucifer grinned and walked over to the bar, pouring his newly arrived guests drinks.

,,We are right on time, Luci. You sound like it's been an eternity."

,,Yes, Well...We had to plan, take care of our guests, have one unexpected visitor...And I may have frozen time in order to have some uninterrupted time with my girlfriend." He smirked and glared to Chloe, who smiled brightly at the mention of that new title.

,,Wait, you did what? Then why didn't I notice...oh, ohhh."

,,Yes, Brother. God, remember?" The Angel sighed annoyed.

The others stood by, not in the slightest irritated by mentioning of freezing time and God, except for the young blonde woman.

,,Uh, is this normal talk around here? Because I'm a little confused." Was it cult stuff? Or an inside joke? Or maybe metaphors for something?

Ella spotted her and ran over to Adriana, giving her a tight hug.

,,Hey, you're the newbie, Linda's daughter, right? I'm Ella, nice to meet you!"

Adriana already liked her.

,,Okay, sooo...I'm Adriana, but I guess you know that already?" Everyone agreed.

,,Lets start with the Introductions. And maybe add one thing you like." Chloe proposed, but regretted the choice of words immediately. Lucifer watched her cheeks getting red in amusement.

,,I'll start!" He grinned. ,,As you might already know, my name is Lucifer Morningstar, nightclub owner and in a few weeks former consultant for the LAPD. Granting favours is one of my specialities. I enjoy playing the piano and adore the Detective. You go, love."

,,Urrr...yeah, I'm Chloe Decker, in a few weeks former homicide Detective for the LAPD. I love my daughter Trixie and my partner, Lucifer. It's your turn, monkey!"

The child smiled brightly. ,,I'm Beatrice Espinoza, but everyone except for Lucifer calls me Trixie. I'm still going to school and what I love...hmmm. CHOCOLATE CAKE!" She screams in excitement.

Lucifer had gone to the kitchen in a hurry and gotten a slice for Trixie.

,,Here you go child."

,,So, that's what I like! Your turn dad!" The words had come out automatically.

Linda choked on her drink, Maze's and Amenadiel's expression changed to emotionless, Ella's and Chloe's sight got blurry and Lucifer's smile fell.

,,Sorry! I'm sorry! I didn't..." But she broke out in tears.

,,It's alright, darling. It's not your fault. Come on, I'll show you the way to one of the guestrooms. Or do you want to stay with us?" His voice had gotten soft and he was clearly worried.

She sobbed. ,,I...I w-wanna stay...can...can I...?" She wanted to hug him, cuddle with him...the devil, an angel, God. Normally he would say no, but now she needed it.

So he nodded.

,,Right..." Lucifer started slowly. ,,Brother? Would you like to go next?"

,,Sure. I'm Amenadiel...Canaan," Lucifer, Linda and Maze rolled their eyes, ,,I'm currently working on becoming a police officer and I...I like the smell of tropical musk-scented candles and...goats." The last one he almost mumbled. Maze choked on her drink and broke out in laughter.

,,What is so funny, Mazikeen? Yes, Amenadiel's taste in candles might be questionable, but why would..." And then it dawned on him.

His eyes flickered red for a second and he walked over to his brother with huge steps.

,,That's gonna be fun." Maze chuckled demonically.

,,Luc-" ,,THAT WAS YOU ALL ALONG?! YOU BASTARD! YOU-" ,,Luci!" ,,NO! I WAS BLAMED FOR THOSE THINGS, NOW I HAVE TO LIVE WITH THE CONSEQUENCES! PEOPLE RUNNING AROUND, MENTIONING MY NAME AND GOATS IN ONE SENTENCE! I HATE THOSE BLOODY CREATURES AND YOU KNOW THAT! HOW COULD YOU?!" ,,LUCI, STOP!"

,,Why?" A simple question.

,,You know how we were back then. If I had known what an impact it would have, I'd never done it. I'm sorry, Brother."

,,You're sorry?" He huffs. ,,Right, because everyone says they're sorry, but no one ever actually means it."

,,No, Luci. I really am sorry. I thought it was funny at the time, but now I see that I hurt you."

,,Oh bloody Hell, can we just get on with the Introductions?" He changes the topic.

,,Alright, who's next?"
