Recognizing That Tiny Wave
by: Axciayahin

Seeing blurry faces will going to make a person insane. His craziness ended, but it's still hunting him every night. Maybe because he still didn't have the answers... still looking for answers to be exact.

He wiped out the moist on the mirror caused by the hot water vapor in his shower. He intently look at the mirror, hoping to recognize the face in front of him. But all he saw is a blurry face.

After a second, he laughed bitterly when suddenly one question crossed his mind.

"Can you still recognize your own faces' features? An imagination perhaps?"

Gulong-gulo siya nang mga araw na iyon. That was an easy question, but he's having a hard time answering it. He doesn't want to let them know that he's too helpless that time.

He was trained to be almost perfect, and just one snapped it all got wasted. Because of wrong accusation—he paid the things he never done.

He suddenly clenched when he heard his phone's ringtone. He picked his phone that's on the side table and immediately saw his father's name on the screen. He clicked the answer and loudspeaker button, and put the phone back on the side table.

"Where are you now, Lance?! Let me remind you how important that damn Alumni for our business. Just make sure that you'll never leave that place empty-handed!"

He shook his head as he started to get dress. Five hours left before the Alumni Party starts. His only mission in that event is to find potential investors for his father's company. And he also decided to take the event as his 'who is that: field practice training'.

He just invented this corny term, because after three years, he will be meeting different types of people again—but with a twist. Cause all he knows are the things that makes them unique.

He decided to wear a plain gray suit and a gray slacks. He put three-fourth of his hair on the right side using a hair wax. Honestly, he doesn't know if he looks good on that style since he have this condition, but according to his personal assistant that it really does suit him.

They are the staffs who are preparing for the Alumni Party.

He leaned on the back rest and slowly closed his eyes.

There, he saw a gold dangling bracelet on the left hand of the knocker. Hindi pa siya nakuntento at tiningnan niya pa ang nakalugay nitong buhok—blonde hair with some curly parts on its strands. He pushed a button and let Glareir in.

"Good afternoon, Sir Lance!
