Doe eyes glistened in thriller,
Tiny toes glued on floor,
Soft hands hugging the pillar,
Whining to move ahead the door.Pleading figure lifts up to stare,
Only to receive mamma's glare,
Sighing in defeat I move like a sloth,
As crystal tear droplets wet my cloth.First day of school was always a terror,
Convincing me was even more darer,
Adamant, fierce yet innocent soul
Was feeling so lost in a deep black hole.Walking down the memory lane 14 years later,
Reminiscing the golden days of me and the latter,
Even though the history repeats year after year,
It forever remains fresh and dear.Hiii sweeties!!!
Have you ever experienced such a terror when you were young? The First Day of School? I was such a crybaby when it comes to the first day of school after a long vacation (sounds weird right?)
