vinnie was not really paying attention to the movie. having spent a lot of time with sofia and savannah, he had seen it enough times to know the exact moment everything would happen. what surprised him was sofia also not paying attention.
she was sitting two rows in front of him (his seat being taller than hers, just like in a regular movie theater) and he could see some light coming from her phone - it wasn't bright enough to bother anyone, but, since vinnie was already distracted, he noticed it.
and, he was actually glad he wasn't the only one bored. so, getting his own phone from his pocket, he tried to search for her contact. he didn't know if he had gotten her number these past weeks, because they didn't really text. but, after a few minutes, he found it.
