The next morning, I woke up and groaned when the brightness of the outside world blinded me as soon as I opened my eyes. I looked around and saw techno still asleep. I then found my phone, unlocking it. It was 12:23. Shit! Niki and Will we're gonna be here by 1pm, I should head out right now. I gently unwrapped technos arm from around my waist and got out of the hospital bed
Techno: where are you going? Y/n: to pick up Niki and Will from the airport Techno: make them get a cab, don't leave me Y/n: doctors have to run a few tests. You need to rest Techno: that rhymed Y/n: rest Techno: be safe please Y/n: I will, I promise
I walked into the bathroom and brushed my teeth, fixed my hair and then walked out. I kissed technos cheek, grabbed my phone and keys before heading out the hospital. I got into my car and then drove to the airport. Once I found a parking spot, I headed towards the pick up area
I waited and soon saw two familiar faces. I called out for them and Will saw me, tapping nikis shoulder and then pointing to me. Niki smiled and then started fast walking towards me
Niki: Y/NNN Y/n: NIKII Will: Y/NN Y/n: WILLLLL
The three of us had a big group hug and then they followed me to my car. Will got in the backseat, Niki in the passenger
Will: how is he? Y/n: In pain but he's strong Niki: how long is he gonna be in the hospital? Do you know Y/n: the doctor says 2 months Will: that sucks man Y/n: he's become very clingy though Will: Technoblade? Being clingy Y/n: I know, shocked me too Will: part of me wants to tease him and make fun of him. Then the other parts doesn't because it's lowkey mean Niki: Will don't do that Will: I won't, I won't. Do you reckon he'll be happy that we visited Y/n: he's gonna act like he doesn't want you here but his heart is really warmed Niki: aww

When we got back to the hospital, Niki and Will got a visitors pass and then they followed me to the room where techno was
Y/n: you've got visitors tech Techno: hallooo Niki: hiii! How are you feeling? Will: hey technoblade! How are you doing big man Techno: I feel fine Y/n: no you don't. We stayed up until 4am because your body was in pain Techno: shut up Will: aww
Will and Niki pulled up seats next to techno, while I sat in my seat on the other side of them
Niki: so how's it been so far? Techno: the coffee is decent. The food is decent Will: *sigh* of course techno talks about the food and coffee when he's been in a fucking car crash Techno: oh I'm sorry- *clears throat* my body is in immense pain because half of the bones I use to function properly have been broken. I have to stay in this confined room for about two months, maybe even more. It is impossible to sleep because every position makes me want to punch a wall. My life is going awesome, what about you wilbur?
The three of us burst out into laughter and techno just shifted on his bed and put his arm out towards me. I smiled and held his hand. The four of us then started a conversation. Will and Niki really lightened techno's mood which I was very happy for
The doctors came in and out of the room checking on techno and us as well
...
It was now around 6pm and Techno was fast asleep
Niki: we should probably head back Will: yeah, visiting hours are ending soon Y/n: I'll drive you back Niki: no no! Stay here, techno needs you. We'll catch a cab there and come back in the morning Y/n: you sure? Will: yes! You two stay safe now, call us if anything happens Y/n: will do, bye bye
Niki and will left the room and I slouched in my seat. I looked over at techno and leaned over, running my fingers through his hair
God you don't deserve any of this techno. I'm so happy that you're gonna be ok. I don't know what I would've done with myself if I lost you
