Techno. Just techno in general roamed around in my head the whole day. I was seeing him again this afternoon for a movie night but why is techno always on my mind?

So far none of the things I had on my to-do list were close to being completed. I felt so guilty. After knowing techno for two years, I still haven't told him that I have 1 million subs on a YouTube channel that he loves. Every time techno and I hang out, he always shows me my OWN YouTube videos...but he doesn't even know it yet

Y/n: Niki I'm gonna have a breakdown
Niki: what's wrong love?
Y/n: ughhh I have a YouTube channel where I post songs and covers, but I haven't shown my face or said my real name. I go by "roses" on that channel and techno has found that channel, but he doesn't know it's me. Every time we hang out, he always shows me videos from that channel! I wanna tell him but then again I don't
Niki: just tell him love! He already likes the channel so much, he's gonna be even more happy when he finds out it's his best friend singing!
Y/n: *sigh* I guess so
Niki: y/n, maybe do it like in a month max. Things are gonna go much better if he finds out by you telling him and not another way
Y/n: okay, okay, thanks Niki
Niki: you're welcome love! I'll talk to you later, have fun with technoo
Y/n: have fun streaming

I ended my call with Niki and grabbed my keys before heading out the door and driving towards technos house. I gently tapped to the beat of the music that was playing on the radio. I soon arrived to technos house. I calmed down my nerves, got out of my car, knocked on his door and waited. Around 20 seconds later, techno opened his door and his face split into a huge grin when he saw me. He opened the door further and stepped aside, I took this as a sign to go inside

Y/n: what movie did you pick?
Techno: wow not even a "hello, how are you"?
Y/n: hi tech! How are you?
Techno: I'm doing fine and I picked "The Nun"
Y/n: why a horror movieeeee
Techno: I let you pick for the last FOUR movie nights, let me have this
Y/n: fine, fine! Do you at least have good snacks?
Techno: I went shopping and got lots of awesome things

I looked at the coffee table in front of the couches and saw it COVERED in snacks

Y/n: holy crap, well I'm coming over more to just eat snacks
Techno: my plan worked!
Y/n: what?
Techno: oh nothing! Let's go watch the movie

I walked over and got myself comfortable on the couch with a blanket wrapped around me

Techno: can I turn off the lights?
Y/n: go ahead

Techno turned off the lights and soon came to the couch, taking a seat next to me. I grabbed a whole tub of ice cream and got a spoon. Techno started the movie and I started eating

Y/n: I don't like this, I don't like this, I don't like this, I don't like this
Techno: it hasn't even started!
Y/n: still don't like it

...

Y/n: OH MY GOD THEY'RE GONNA DIE
Techno: YEP! GO INTO A HAUNTED CHURCH AND JUST GO TOWARDS THE SOUND OF A VERY EASY TO IDENTIFY DEMON!
Y/n: THEY'RE IDIOTS

...

Techno: BOO
Y/n: OH FUCK YOU
Techno: HAHAHA
Y/n: WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?
Techno: I wanted to scare you at least ONCE tonight
Y/n: that's so mean
Techno: wait, no I'm sorry. Please don't be upset! It was a joke, I promise
Y/n: you hurt my feelings
Techno: n/n I'm sorry

I pouted and hid my face in my hands. I soon felt technos arms wrap around me, leaning into me even more. I pulled my hands away from my face and looked to the right to see techno resting his head on my shoulder with his arms protectively wrapped around me

Y/n: I'm not mad tech
Techno: okay cool
Y/n: are you gonna stay like this?
Techno: I can get off if you're uncomfortable
Y/n: you can stay tech

...

Techno and I had fallen asleep on the couch and didn't bother to move to the bed. Techno and I were now sleeping side by side on the little space we had on the couch, meaning we were squished together which meant we were cuddling. It was only so that neither of us fell off y'know? Not like I'm a romantic way

Time skip a week to Wednesday

Since movie night, I hadn't seen techno. We had talked to each other everyday, but we were too busy to meet each other in person. Today we had finally gotten time to grab a quick coffee before he needed to go to a game of jack box. When I got to the cafe, I looked around and saw techno waving me over. I walked towards him but also saw him sitting with a person i had never seen before

Y/n: hey tech and...?
Mel: hey I'm Mel
Techno: hey nerd, mel this is y/n, y/n this is Mel
Y/n: pleasure to meet you!
Techno: we actually met on Sunday. I came here to get coffee and then it started raining, so I stayed back for a bit and then we started talking. I hope you don't mind me inviting her
Y/n: not at all!
Mel: techno's told me a lot about you
