ELIXIR OF MY LIFE

Whole life flashed before my eyes,

like a movie that was indeed going to have a tragic end.

Unachieved goals, unseen dreams, and foreseeable future. irrelevant to the noise outside the locked door.

I was determined to do it. All in the world I cared about was in front of me.

The only thing I did was opened the bottle and drank the last drop of it which was the elixir of my life.

As the time stood still for me and the banging of the door came to my ears it was too late,

the door opened and I caught the glimpse of my friends who were dear to me and my parents who were at the throat of each other just a minute ago,

I smiled at them before sinking into the darkness.. of nothingness...

which I was proud of, or maybe the only thing I lacked in my life.

AND MAYBE WHO KNOWS WHERE WILL I END UP?
