INABOT NI Sunset ang cellphone na bigay sa kanya ni Hiru nang marinig ang pagtunog niyon. It was a message from her brother.

Sunset grinned, her heartbeat paced in excitement and joy while her eyes started to moist.

Damn you go there, Death. You're really strong and amazing. Hopefully, Hiru will send her a picture of Ruckus and Death.

Sa isiping iyon ay mabilis siyang nagtipa ng reply kay Hiru na padalhan siya ng picture ng dalawa. Ilang sandali lang ang hinintay niya at agad itong nagsend ng litrato ni Ruckus at Death.

Sunset couldn't help but cry as she looked at the picture. Nakauklo si Ruck habang yakap si Death na nakaupo at nakayakap rin sa binata. Napapaligiran ang dalawa ng mga kapatid at kaibigan ni Ruckus na may masayang ngiti labi. But what really made her cry was the second zoom in photo of Ruckus crying as he embraced Death.

Damn, that ass must be really relieved now and happy. He's been sad for over a month now. Lahat ng mga larawan ni Ruckus na pinapakita sa kanya ni Hiru ay lagi itong malungkot at seryoso. After that day, Sunset felt like she was given another strength and hope. Her mood improves and when the nurse get inside her room to help her do her morning chores like taking a bath she was not scowling.

Nang makapagbihis siya ay sinabihan niya ang nurse na papasukin ang therapist na lagi niyang tinataboy.

"Masaya ako at pumayag ka ng papasukin ako," anito ng makapasok.

"I'm ready to start my session," Sunset looked at the woman in her forties. "How confident are you that I'll be able to walk again?"

"Seventy percent—"

"Where is the thirty?" She interjected, keeping her hope despite getting afraid.

"Hawak mo. Nasa sa iyo kung gaano mo kagusto ang makalakad muli." Binigyan siya nito ng tipid na ngiti.

Nakagat ni Sunset ang labi saka mahinang tumango.

And the days, weeks, and months went...

The first weeks were full of pain, frustration, and anger as she just couldn't do it. She often ends up crying. But after a month she was able to step again and as days, and weeks passed, with the help of her good, patient, and unswerving therapist and the nurse; her brother would visit sometimes but call her every day to remind her she can do it, she improved. Little by little.

In her fourth month, she can already walk again using a cane but she has to take a few times of rest between a few meters of walking.

Another few months and she can already walk without a cane but still, she can't stay on her feet that long 'cause it strains her hips and it starts to hurt.

"Soon, you can already walk longer than just a few minutes," ani Emily ang therapist niya habang may malawak na ngiti para sa kanya.

Tumango si sunset habang pinapanood itong magluto. Stay in ito at yung nurse naman na tumutulong dito ay hindi. Sa ngayon ay sila lang dalawa ang nasa loob ng bahay. Samantalang may mga bodyguards naman sa labas.

Nagtataka siya minsan ba't ang daming bodyguards sa villa ng kapatid niya. Sa pag-iikot niya naman sa loob ng bahay ay wala namang gold reserve na nakatago para lagyan ng kapatid niya ang lugar ng maraming bodyguards.
