"Ruby, come on! We're going to be late!" Weiss tapped her foot against the porch. "We should have been there fifteen minutes ago!" She looked into the window to check her hair. Her ponytail was kempt, her dress had no wrinkles, all she needed to fix was her scowl, which was Ruby's problem, not hers.

Ruby opened the door and stepped out onto her front porch. "The ceremony isn't supposed to start for another ten minutes, we're fine!" Ruby took an uneasy step, eyeing the heels of her shoes. "It might take me all ten to walk there, though."

"Well, do it in two. We need to be right behind Yang when it all starts," Weiss said.

"I know, I'm not a kid anymore! I remember things!" Ruby said, "Wait, did I forget to...?"

"Forget what? Ruby this isn't the time!" Weiss wasn't sure what would give out first, Ruby's ankles or her heart.

"Nah, never mind. I thought I forgot to take my allergy meds. I get really sneezy in the spring," Ruby said, "I'm ready!" Weiss grabbed Ruby's hand and hauled her through the forest and into the town square. Pillars covered in roses and daisies boxed off an area where numerous people were seated. Ruby spied Nora and gave a wave before Weiss pulled her away. The two rounded the square and walked towards Blake's house, where Yang was standing on the porch. Her bright white dress was a stark contrast to the dark oak of the house – but her smile was even brighter.

"There you guys are! How do I look?" Yang twirled around, her hair and dress flowing behind her. "Everything look fine?"

"Wow, Yang, you look beautiful!" Ruby said, "I didn't think you even owned a dress!"

"I rented it," Yang said, "Coco helped me pick it out. Speaking of which, it's not wrinkled, right? There's no stains? I look fine?"

"You look fine, Yang," Weiss said.

"You sure? Blake'd get upset if I spilled something on this before the ceremony, let alone what Coco would do to me."

Weiss took Yang's face in her hands. "You are perfect. You're a beautiful person, and you're gonna be an even more beautiful bride."

Yang cupped her hand over Weiss', "You mean that?"

"Sure, but I'll let Blake tell you more later. You ready to walk down the aisle?" Weiss asked.

"I'm not sure," Yang said. Her lips were trembling. "What if I trip?"

"We'll be right behind you to help you get back up!" Ruby cheered, "Also, if you fall, I'll fall too to make it look intentional. Weiss will as well!"

"What? I never agreed to that!" Weiss said, "Yang won't trip anyways. Which is definitely what you should have said to her."

A man peeked around the corner at the three and told them it was just a minute until the ceremony started. Ruby gave him a thumbs-up and he disappeared, leaving the three alone once more.

"I just can't believe my sister's getting married..." Ruby said under her breath, "I'm gonna miss you!"

"I'm not going off to war, Ruby, I'm still gonna be in town. We're just moving behind the library, into a real house. One with proper air conditioning."

"Which I might come over and hijack," Ruby said. Her smile shone just as bright as Yang's. Before Yang could respond, music began to play behind them. "Well, are you ready?"
