She remembered the reason why they broke up. Misunderstandings between them started when another person started to like Minju, it was Ahn Yujin. She spread rumors about Chaewon going out with Wonyoung, to separate them.
The part of Minju believing the rumor hurt Chaewon so much that she was mad. She can't believe the relationship she built with Minju for 2 years and a half is ruined by a single rumor.
She thought she can fix it, but anger ate her up because Minju didn't trust her, that's why she ended it and Minju agreed quickly, also because of anger.
So basically, it was their own anger that separated them and from then on, they didn't talk.
