This is most likely going to be the last chapter. I'm sorry. Moving on, the reason as to why I'm ending it on chapter 8, is because I've ran out of ideas and I don't want it to become boring. To conclude, I hope you understand.

It's already been five years.
So much has changed.
My uncle retired.
Kaito finally went to space.
I moved to a different house, and I now live with Kokichi.
And I got a job as a detective.
I'm actually proud of myself for once.
I'm rated one of the best young detectives in the country.

No ones POV
Kokichi and Shuichi were on a walk.
Shuichi felt nervous.
Kokichi felt the same way but smiled the whole time.
"Hey, Kokichi." -Shuichi
"Hm?" -Kokichi
"Can we talk about something important?" -Shuichi
"Uh sure." -Kokichi
Shuichi then started to sweat nervously.
"Wait a second, let me tie my shoe." -Shuichi
He kneeled down and got something out of his pocket.
"Kokichi, you've made me the happiest man ever."
"You've made a lot of positive impacts on me."
"You've helped me through tough times."
"You were always there for me."
"I love you with all my heart."
"So I'm asking you... Kokichi Oma, Will you marry me?"
Kokichi started laughing.
"Neeheeheehee! Ahahahaha!" He cackled
"Wh-what?" Shuichi said out of confusion and heart break.
Kokichi pulled something from under his scarf.
He kneeled in front of Shuichi.
"You've helped me become a better person."
"You've made me soooo happy."
"You're wonderful! Neeheehee!"
"I love you Shuichi!"
"So, will ya marry me?" Kokichi giggled.
The two of them giggled.
"You were going to propose too?" Shuichi chuckled.
"Well duh!" Kokichi laughed with him.
"Anyways, what do you say, hm?? Yes? Or noooo." Kokichi smiled.
"Yes." Shuichi said with tears coming down his face.
"Huh? Nono. No crying." Kokichi said as he hugged Shuichi as tight as he could.
The two embraced eachother.
After a few minutes, they let go.
Kokichi started kissing Shuichi's face, making Shuichi get flustered.
"I love you! Haha!" Kokichi snickered.
"I-I... love you too Kokichi." Shuichi mumbled.
So then, the happy couple walked home. Hand and hand, smiling full of joy.

*the next day in the evening*
Kokichi's POV
I was cleaning the house for Shu.
I mean... it was the *least* I could do for him. He's usually like super tired when he gets home and I don't want him to suffer.
I was in the middle of cleaning the kitchen and then I heard the front door unlock.
I peaked over and it was Shu!
"Hey Shuichi!" I cheered.
"Oh uh... hey Kokichi." He smiled weakly.
He seems very tired holy shit!
"Are you okay?" I asked, wanting to solve this madness.
"Oh uhm yeah. Just really tired." He mumbled.
He had bags under his eyes, he could barely talk.
He looks like he really needs a break.
"Hey, I know you want to help and stuff but it's okay to take a break sometimes. Even *I*, the Ultimate Supreme Leader, needs a break sometimes." I stated.
Shuichi smiled and hugged me.
"Yeah.. I think I do need a break." He whispered while falling asleep on me.
"Woah okay bud. Let's go to bed. Neeheehee!" I said as I guided him to bed.
When I lied down, he hugged me really close to him.
I honestly felt very safe.
We both drifted off to sleep. We were both very tired.
