𝟔. 𝐎𝐟𝐟 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬

"Come on, go home. I'll take care of everything, but if you stay and keep working, it's not going to end well" Jack adds. He's right, it's exhausting. I'm tired all the time, easily emotionally triggered a lot, not paying attention to paperwork and I'm getting way too little sleep.

I sigh, and look into his eyes wile mine tear up. "Let's get you home, sweetheart" he adds, wrapping his arm around me as he takes me to the reception.

"Jack, wait" I say, so he looks at me and frowns a little. "How am I going to make money...?" I silently ask, but he just smiles. "Have you checked your bank account lately? Because I don't think you even have to work" he chuckles.

I grab my phone, check my bank account and turn it off again. I have more money than I thought I had, that's a good thing! "Okay, but please just call me when you're in need of someone to help you out" I say, and he nods his head.

He gives me a big hug, and so do all of my other coworkers. They all want what's best for me I have the most amazing coworkers ever! I grab all of my things, and get home. I want to check my phone now, but instead of doing that, I take a nap. I just really need some rest...

I wake up after a few hours of sleep, and take a shower. Now that I have time off and got some rest, I can check my messages. I feel so bad about ignoring everyone, but at least I have time now.
