After some time KS gains consciousness and finds herself tied to a chair. She looks here and there and finds SS also tied to a chair next to her.
"santu...bachhe tum teekh ho?" KS asked concerned.

Mamu- tumhe aur tumhari behen ko kya lagta hai....duniya ke saamne tumhara pehchan chupayenge aur hame pata nahi chalega? ab waqt aa gaya tum behno ko apni ammi abbu ke paas pahunchane ka
SS- aapko dushmani hamse hai na...iss mei inko kui ghasit rahe ho?

"iski behen apni property hamare naam kyu karengi?" KS asked confused
M- matlab tum nahi jaanti kuch bhi...ham batate hai....yeh jo timhare paas baithi hai woh hamari behen ki beti hai Sana Malik. Aur sana beta apne appi se milogi? (smirked)
"kaha hai mei appii....kya kiya tumne unke saath?" SS roared angrily
"ohh I am sorry...tum dono behosh thi na toh bata nahi paya....khud dekh lo" and he switches on the TV.
"Aaj ki taza khabar....MPT ki SHO aur famous Businesswoman Haseena Malik ki hui plane crash mei maut.....London se apne private jet par aa rahi thi Haseena Malik tab yeh hadsa hua"
Both KS's and SS's worlds stopped.
"Appiiiiii" SS screamed.
"nahi yeh nahi ho sakta....hamari haseena hamko chodkar nahi jaa sakti" KS mumbled to herself "tum haseena ki behen ho?" KS asked SS.
M- ab bina time waste kiye tum dono ko bhi uske paas bhej dete hai
He was about to shoot when someone spoke from behind.
"un dono pe ek kharoch bhi aayi na....toh zinda gaad denge tumhe....hamari ammi abbu ko hamse cheena...hame hamari behen se alag rehna pada....aur yeh sab sirf tumhari wajah se....aur tumne hamari Kashi ko bhi hamse cheen ne ki koshish ki....ab tum nahi bachoge" HM said coming from behind and kicking the gun from his hand which landed in her hand.
Both SS and KS were relieved to see HM alive. "kholo inn dono ko" HM order pointing the gun at him.
He opened their ropes and both ran to her and hugged her tightly. In the meantime, Mamu took another gun and pointed towards KS. But before he could shoot HM shot him right on his forehead killing him instantly.
HM first hugged SS. "kaisi hai choti....kuch hua toh nahi na?" HM asked to which SS just nodded negatively.
HM saw that KS was standing there with a questioning and angry face.
"choti tum ek kaam karo...hamari car lekar ghar jao....ham aate hai" HM said handing her car keys.
SS left and HM went towards KS. She hugged her tight and HM also wrapped her hands around her.
"tumhe pata hai ham kitna darr gaye the....hamko laga hamne tumhe kho diya...ham bohot darr gaye the....hamko saase nahi aa rahi thi....tum aane mei aur thodi der kar deti toh ham toh mar...."
HM immediately cupped her face and kissed her on her lips before she could complete. KS kissed her back madly and wildly taking all her fear of losing HM on her lips. After a few minutes they broke the kiss.
"jab tak ham zinda hai aapko kuch nahi hoga" HM said kissing her forehead
"lekin yeh sab hua kaise? aur aapki flight?" KS asked confused.
HM- hame 2 din pehle hi mama ji ke jail se farar hone ki khabar mili thi....hamare ammi abbu ke murder ke liye andar the....ammi abbu ke jaane ke baad choti ko safe rakhne ke liye hamne uska naam Sana se Santosh rakh diya aur duniya ke saamne Sana ki jhooti maut ki khabar faila di....mamu ko yeh baat pata chali....aur woh hame maarna chahte the....hame pata chali ki woh hamari flight crash karwane wale the...iss liye ham doosri flight se aayi aur hamari private jet mei koi nahi tha aur pilot uss se pehle hi khood gaya tha...
KS- lekin tumhe kaise pata chala ki ham yaha pe hai?
HM- woh choti ke bracelet mei hamne tracker fit kiya tha....ab ghar chale?
After 2 years.
KS and HM got married. Today was their wedding night.
In KarEena room.
Haseena was standing near the mirror wearing a black saree which gave a clear view of her belly and navel. Karishma came inside. She was in her usual shirt and jeans. KS came and back hugged Haseena and moved her hand on her bare belly giving goosebumps to Haseena.
"Kashii" she gasped.
"yes baby....suhagraat ke liye taiyyar ho?" Karishma spoke huskily in her ears.
KS slowly tuned Haseena towards her. They hugged each other. Slowly Karishma broke the hug and cupped her face and smashed her lips on hers. They were kissing each other with full passion. Karishma moved towards her neck and started kissing and sucking her neck. She again captured her lips and without breaking the kiss carried her in her arms and went to the bed and laid her on the bed.
Karishma removed Haseena's saree pin and removed her pallu and her front was now exposed. She(KS) moved towards her chest and sucked her madly making Haseena moan in pleasure. Haseena held her hair tightly. She puller her through hair and captured her lips in a hungry kiss. While kissing Haseena's hand went towards Karishma's shirt buttons, opening them. In a few seconds Karishma's shirt was on the floor.
Haseena now flipped position and she came on top of Karishma and was kissing and sucking her neck and collarbone. "aahh babyy" Karishma moaned in pleasure. They removed all their clothes and covered themselves in blanket and spent the rest of the night loving each other.
The next day Karishma woke up and found her love wrapped securely in her arms sleeping peacefully. She kissed her forehead "baby utho...subah ho gayi" KS said sweetly.
"kashi sone do na....aapne raat ko bhi sone nahi diya" Haseena said cutely and snuggled more into Karishma.
Karishma remembered about last night nad blushed. "baby utho na please"
Haseena opened her eyes and Karishma immediately captured her lips. Haseena was shocked for a second but soon she participated and kissed her back. And with that they started yet another session.
After a few hours they both laid on bed exhausted.
"Baby ab tumko hamse koi alag nahi kar sakta....ham hamesha hamesha ke liye ek ho gaye"
"ha Kashii....ham Haseena aur Karishma se KarEena ho gaye....we are now 'KarEena Forever'
