"You look great!" Ellen said, putting the final touches on my makeup to complete the look. As I gazed at my reflection in the mirror, I couldn't help but feel utterly mesmerized by the transformation that had taken place. Every detail, from the subtle curve of my eyelashes to the delicate sweep of color across my cheeks, was flawlessly executed, enhancing my features with an artistry that bordered on magical. I marveled at the way her skilled hands had worked their magic on my face.

"You really out did yourself, Ellen. I feel so pretty."

"Rightfully so." Louis appeared in the mirror,  standing in the doorway watching me and Ellen. I was surprised by his appearance and sudden compliment.

"Ellen give us a moment would you?" Louis walked into the room, hopping on his crutches over to me. Ellen nodded and left the dressing room, making sure to give me one last compliment before she left.

"Are you ready?" He asked.

"I feel like I'm about to throw up. Can I really do this? I mean, I only had a night to practice and-"

Louis cut me off. "You'll be fine."

I frowned. "Did you come to give me some last words of wisdom?" I asked.

Louis smiled. "No, not really. I just wanted to make sure you weren't having a meltdown."

"You're not funny."

"How's your leg sir.limps-celot?" I teased.

He rolled his eyes. "It's fine."

Louis tucked a loose strand of hair behind my ear. "Remember, the club is counting on you for this performance. Don't screw up." Louis words were harsh and stern, but masked by a softness in his tone.

"Right. I'll do my best. I promise."

Louis smirked. "I have faith you will not disappoint. It's another sold out show. Adler and y/n's duty is to sway the hearts of the audience. Come on, I'll walk you to the stage."

"You mean hobble?" I joked.

Louis scoffed, not amused by my broken leg jokes. I laughed, finding myself funny and walked over to the door, holding it open for him.

Bill's POV:

Y/n had finally made it backstage and, to my surprise, with Louis in tow. Louis wished her luck and went off somewhere else. Y/n looked stunning. Suddenly she was oxygen, and I was dying to breathe. I've never been oblivious to y/n's beauty. Nobody has. But for the first time, something had been awakened within me, and it caused my heart to threaten its way out of my chest.

Y/n caught my stare and flashed me a bright smile.

"Just go talk to her." Aoba rolled his eyes, noticing my fawning. He nudged me forwards, giving me a small boost of confidence in the process.

Y/n eyed me up and down, I could feel my cheeks begin to heat up. "Wow. Look at you Tiger,"

"Do I Look stupid?" I asked, scared that I was already making a fool of myself.

"Of course not! You look great. I'm sure the audience will love your Adler."

I nervously smiled, my hand instinctively reaching to rub the back of my neck. "You don't look so bad yourself."

"Thank you. All credits go to Ellen for making me look good."

you always look good dumbass.

"I had to take a large amount of Pepto-Bismol before I came. I'm still so nervous." Y/n covered her stomach with her hand.
