If you can't understand my (terrible) diagram, then I'll explain it here.
At first glance, it's a 6 inch baton that could easily slip into your pocket. There are two buttons on opposite ends, a red button and a blue button. Both are dark and dull so that somebody could look at it and not notice the different colors. But you have it memorized and have seen the colors so many times it's just second nature.
The red button can extend the baton. Press the button once and it extends an extra six inches, making the weapon a total 1 foot. Meant for storing things in the extra six inches. Pressing the button twice extends it to be 3 ft total. Kinda like Chat Noir's stick. Good for whacking things.
The blue button can turn the baton into a blade. Pressing the button once can extend a short blade, can be used as a knife. Pressing the button twice can extend it into a longer blade, like a katana.
Pressing either button three times returns it to normal. I forgot to draw that.
