Cedric and Annika enter the restaurant hand-in-hand. A staff smiles at them and guides them to their usual spot. Annika sits beside Cedric as he orders their favorite sets. Cedric smiles at her and rests his arm around her shoulders.
ANNIKA (groaning)
I'm so tired
CEDRIC (kisses the top of her head)
I can take you home after we eat
ANNIKA (frowning)
But we haven't seen each other for almost a week. I missed you, you know
CEDRIC
But you have to rest
ANNIKA
I am resting
Cedric shakes his head and chuckles at her stubbornness.
CEDRIC
I can stay in your room while you're sleeping
ANNIKA (smiling sarcastically)
Do you want Dad to kill both of us?
CEDRIC (chuckling)
Right.
Annika smiles at Cedric before she rests her head on his shoulder. Cedric caresses her arm and smiles.
