"Yes, let's evacuate. Our group members aren't enough to deal with a Zombie King. It will be the same as sending ourselves to our deaths!" Fan Hua agreed. "But what about our mission? We should at least take the heads of these High-ranked zombies. After all, we've come this far, it's hard to say that there will be a second chance to catch them."

"Very well. Let's kill these High-ranked zombies first. After that, we shall quickly escape."

Everyone knew that time was the only variable that could decide their deaths. So the rest of the team members immediately launched themselves to join in the fight against the High-ranked zombies. As their healers were no longer alive, they could only get by with persisting through the painful injuries and wounds.

When Chen Ling, Zhi An and Chen Hua returned, they met such a bloody sight. All five members in Group C were dead, while the majority of the team members were groaning on the ground in pain, some of their skin was bleeding due to their wounds. Fortunately it seemed that none of their injuries got into contact with the zombie's viruses.

Their gazes were attracted to the battle a few feets away from them where Zhu Liwei was currently dealing with one of the High-ranked zombies.

The High-ranked zombie's strength in comparison to Zhu Liwei who had a military background was incomparable. While one had the strength and power of a High-ranked zombie, its intelligence merely belonged to a five years old child. On the other hand, although Zhu Liwei's power was cut short compared to the zombie, he had numerous battle experiences and had an incredibly cunning brain. The gap was too large. It wasn't long before the zombie gave out a miserable shriek. Zhu Liwei had taken advantage of this gap and cut off his head.

While Zhi An and Chen Hua joined the fight, Chen Ling quickly healed the other members with her healing powers, and soon enough, most of the user abilities regained the colour of their faces. Each one of them thanked her with a grateful expression.

When the last High-ranked zombie fell, a collective sigh of relief could be heard in the room.

Zhi An slumped to the ground as he panted. Sweat rolled down his sideburns.

"What happened?" Chen Hua approached Zhu Liwei as he asked.

Zhu Liwei quickly summarized what had just happened to the rest of his team members that had just arrived, as well as his assumption that a Zombie King was behind all this.

"How do we know whether it's really a Zombie King?" One of the members asked, "It could have been another High-ranked Zombie who controls these low-ranked zombies."

"I'm sorry but I don't agree with us returning just like that. We've gone this far and it doesn't make sense for us to return half-way." Another chimed in.

"I don't agree with what you just said," Someone retorted, "Our mission from the beginning was just to hunt down one High-ranked zombie, and we already hunted two High-ranked zombies. We've done more than enough."

"But the chance of encountering a Zombie King was rare, not only that, the rewards we could receive after hunting it down was immeasurable." Another said.

Zhu Liwei agreed silently in his heart. For most of these people, the rewards they could gain from hunting a Zombie King was what drove them for the most part. However, for Zhu Liwei, his desire to hunt the Zombie King was due to the mission he was given by the Colonel.

It must be known that tracking them down was the hardest part of processes, killing them was the second hardest part. As Zombie Kings were able to blend themselves in between humans, it was extremely hard for humans to distinguish them. There's a saying that if they didn't want to be discovered, no one could discover them.
