Siya naman ngayon ang nanlaki ang mata sa narinig.

Damn it!

Her lips turned circle. "So... hindi lang pala kayo sa resort naghalikan? Sa rooftop rin? Ang ganda naman ng friendship niyo, may halikang involved." she teased.

Itatanggi ko sana iyon but I know it's useless already since I have already said it, hindi man diretsong sinabi ay para'ng ganoon na rin.

"Looks like you've got a lot of explaining to do to our other friends, pero sa ngayon... Sa akin muna." she said.

I am glad to see Cian smiling again. Na hindi iniisip ang nangyari sa kanya but I am not happy that she's smiling because she's intrigued about my status with Conrad.

"Nakita mo kami... sa resort?" I asked to confirm my speculation.

She giggled. "Yes, kaso hindi ko marinig ang pinag uusapan niyo." Sabi niya.

"Paanong nakita mo kami?"

"Naalimpungatan ako dahil nakaramdam ako ng uhaw, Biglang naisip kong magpahanggin sa labas tapos I saw you, two there—sitting. Noong una, akala ko nga ibang tao so I walk closer to look and nakita ko kayo. Until you two kissed. Dalawang beses pa nga e!" She said dreamily. Like she's trying to remember.

"Gusto ko nga sanang tumili dahil kinililig ako but I stopped myself especially when Conrad kissed you for the second time." Dagdag niya.

Namula ako sa kwento niya.

"Matagal na kaming nandoon bago mo pa kami makita..." pag amin ko,

"oh—so does that mean you kissed more than two times?" She asked.

I shook my head.

"My dear friend... You already kissed and you're still not sure what's going on between you? Curns, friends don't French kiss each othrt unless there's something going on between them."

"We didn't French-kissed each other! Tsaka hindi pa niya sinasabi 'yong three words!"

"What?!" she yelled. Tumango ako...

"Kaya pala mas lalo kang naguguluhan sa inyo e, kasi he's giving you motives—uncleared motives. Bakit naman kasi natotorpe iyang tangi mo." sumadal siya sa upuan saka tumitig sa akin.

Para akong napapasong nag-iwas ng tingin sa kanya. "And how about the rooftop kiss? Care to explain? At paano mo nasabi na naghalikan kayo roon? I thought you don't remember anything after that night?" She asked. Nakapalumbaba na.

Wala akong magawa kung hindi ang magsabi sa kanya. If that's what it takes for her to temporarily forget all her pain. If I will be on the hot seat for her to be entertained, then I'd gladly sit on that hot seat.

"It's true, I don't remember anything. Naalala ko lang iyon noong..." I quit staring at her and bit my lips to ease the nervousness. "... hinalikan niya ako...sa may pool." pag-amin ko sa kanya.

"A, so it's a kiss to remember, huh?" humalakhak siya at pumalakpak pa.

"Paranng ganoon na nga,"

Tumili siya at saka pilit akong hinihila. Tumawa ako sa reaction niya, she's laughing genuinely... It's a relief to see her like that.

"Lagot ka sa mga kaibigan natin. Magsabi ka na sa kanila bago pa sila tuluyang magtampo sayo." She reminded.

Tumango naman ako. "I will, but not right now. Our priority for now, is you." I said.

Later that the same day, Cian's big brother called her and asked her to go home but Cian refused because she's scared that her dad might throw her out again.
