Intro

Warnings: This story will contain strong language, mentions of mental health issues and some violence (which is why I rated it as mature). Also this book is gonna be long by the end as I am covering all investigations from World Edition and there will be major spoilers! Finally, I obviously do not own this game. Criminal Case: Save the World (or World Edition), it's cast and some of the plot are owned by Pretty Simple and Gretta and Grace as well as their backstories are mine :)

(Wish I didn't have to say but a book of mine got stolen and put on Amazon a few years ago so I'm not taking any chances)

I wasn't expecting to make a fic on these games actually but then I found Elliot and found myself falling for a fictional character again without even meeting him—

What can I say? I have a weakness for alternative aesthetics🤷‍♀️

Anyway, so...yes. This fic is entirely self indulgent but I hope someone enjoys :)

(Especially since I spent way too long on making a cover, description, title card and planning out chapters lol)

Came up with the plot when I was attempting to go to sleep one night and I was inspired, I just had to write it down and save it to my drafts <3

I'm currently not finished with World Edition or any of the games (I mean, can you blame me. It's not my fault the Pretty Simple team decided to have 30–50 cases in their games—) so I'm planning on updating chapters as I go through World Edition.

I'm not entirely sure how this will work. Probably will just be writing this for myself but I still hope it doesn't suck!
